互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代城市輿情管理對策研究
[Abstract]:Along with citizen's democratic appeal strengthens step by step, the citizen pays close attention to the social hot spot question unceasingly. Correspondingly, governments at all levels pay more attention to people's livelihood, especially public opinion. Whether to deal with all kinds of public opinion in time and effectively has become an important measure to test the management ability of all levels of government. With the extensive use of self-media and the development of urban public opinion, the changes have brought many new changes, which have brought new challenges to the government's public opinion management. The research on the countermeasures of urban public opinion management in the Internet era has become an important subject for the government management departments at all levels for a long time. However, there are still some imperfections in the practice of public opinion management. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the study of urban public opinion in the Internet era. Based on the basic concepts of public opinion, urban public opinion, public opinion crisis and urban public opinion management, this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of urban public opinion management and the construction of urban public opinion management mechanism. This paper analyzes the characteristics of urban public opinion dissemination in the Internet era, and then discusses the necessity of strengthening urban public opinion management in the Internet era. Secondly, starting from the current situation of urban public opinion management in China, this paper objectively evaluates some progress made in the management of urban public opinion, such as the public opinion management system, institutions and methods that have been introduced one after another; the strengthening of public opinion public relations awareness at all levels of government. Public opinion response timely and effective; Internet thinking strengthened; but also pointed out that China's urban public opinion management process of public opinion management concept backward, public opinion management methods are inappropriate, public opinion management mechanism is not perfect, Lack of public opinion management team construction and other four aspects. Based on the causes of the problem, finally, this paper from the establishment of scientific public opinion management concept, optimization and innovation of public opinion management methods, improve and improve the public opinion management mechanism, This paper discusses the measures to strengthen the management of urban public opinion in the Internet era.
