【摘要】：勞動模范作為一個中國特有的榮譽稱號,相關(guān)的獎勵制度在社會主流價值觀的塑造中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。勞模人物作為中國特有的一個群體,孕育成長在革命戰(zhàn)爭時期,發(fā)展壯大于新中國成立的初期,《人民日報》在1949年3月遷至北平發(fā)刊后作為新中國成立之后的機關(guān)報,在勞模人物的宣傳樹立方面發(fā)揮了特有的作用。因此本文選取1949年3月至1951年12月《人民日報》對工農(nóng)行業(yè)勞模人物的報道作為研究對象,力求再現(xiàn)建國初期《人民日報》對工農(nóng)行業(yè)勞模人物的報道狀況并挖掘相關(guān)報道的特征及歷史價值。第一部分是引言,闡述了《人民日報》工農(nóng)行業(yè)勞模研究這一課題的選題來源。分別從選題的理論意義和實踐意義兩個層面論述了該課題的研究意義。分析了目前國內(nèi)外關(guān)于勞模報道的研究現(xiàn)狀。最后歸納了研究本課題所使用的研究方法。第二部分對建國初期《人民日報》工農(nóng)行業(yè)勞模報道的時代背景做出論述,從中可以了解勞模報道在建國初期迅速發(fā)展是多種因素促就的:國家需要樹立新的勞動價值觀、恢復(fù)國民經(jīng)濟的現(xiàn)實需要、增強工農(nóng)行業(yè)對國家政權(quán)的認(rèn)同、報紙是重塑民眾勞動價值觀的重要渠道。第三部分對建國初期《人民日報》工農(nóng)行業(yè)勞模報道的內(nèi)容做出分析。在研究方法上,本文以內(nèi)容分析法為立足點,對所收集的勞模報道進行科學(xué)研究,同時結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)分析法,從勞模報道的體裁、版面、報道時間、報道篇幅、報道人物性別、所屬行業(yè)及勞模生活的地域等維度對建國初期勞模報道的歷史狀況做全方位分析、呈現(xiàn)。第四部分對《人民日報》工農(nóng)行業(yè)勞模報道在1949年至1951年的報道重心進行了研究,可以明確地了解到,新中國成立之后《人民日報》對工農(nóng)行業(yè)勞模人物的報道是如何從最初的報道雛形一步步走向成熟的,同時結(jié)合個案分析法,繼續(xù)對建國初期前三年得到《人民日報》多次報道的勞模人物及其模范事跡做了論述。第五部分對建國初期《人民日報》工農(nóng)行業(yè)勞模報道的特征和反思進行論述�；诒疚牡谌糠趾偷谒牟糠值南嚓P(guān)研究,這部分對勞模報道所呈現(xiàn)的敘事性手法、語言文風(fēng)等報道特征做出分析,同時對勞模報道中存在的報道模式化及缺少人本化思想的問題進行了反思。第六部分對建國初期《人民日報》工農(nóng)行業(yè)勞模報道的價值及影響進行論述。強調(diào)勞模報道在新的勞動價值觀的樹立、恢復(fù)國民經(jīng)濟、增強勞動人民對新政權(quán)的認(rèn)同等方面的歷史意義。論文最后一部分是結(jié)語。對此項研究的成果、研究的不足及未來勞模報道研究的方向進行了分層闡述。
[Abstract]:As a special honorary title in China, the relevant reward system plays an important role in shaping the social mainstream values. As a unique group in China, the model workers grew up during the revolutionary war and grew up in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China. < People's Daily > moved to Peiping in March 1949 and became the organ newspaper after the founding of the people's Republic of China. It plays a special role in the publicity and establishment of model workers. From March 1949 to December 1951, this paper takes the report of the model workers in the industry and agriculture industry as the research object. This paper tries to reproduce the status of "People's Daily" in the early years of the founding of the people's Republic of China, and excavates the characteristics and historical value of the related reports. The first part is the introduction, which explains the origin of the topic of "People's Daily". This paper discusses the research significance of the topic from the theoretical and practical significance. This paper analyzes the current research situation of labor model report at home and abroad. Finally, the research methods used in this research are summarized. The second part discusses the background of the "People's Daily" labor model report in the early years of the people's Republic of China, from which we can understand that the rapid development of the labor model report in the early period of the founding of the people's Republic of China is promoted by many factors: the country needs to set up new labor values. To restore the reality of national economy and strengthen the recognition of state power in industry and agriculture, newspaper is an important channel for remolding people's labor values. The third part makes an analysis of the contents of the report on the labor model of the industry and agriculture in the early years of the founding of the people's Republic of China. In terms of research methods, this paper takes the content analysis method as the foothold, carries on the scientific research to the collected labor model report, at the same time unifies the data analysis method, from the labor model report type, the layout, the report time, the report space, reports the character gender, Industry and model life dimension of geographical analysis of the early years of the founding of the historical situation of the labor model report, presented. The fourth part has carried on the research to the "People's Daily" industry labor model report from 1949 to 1951, can clearly understand, After the founding of the people's Republic of China, "People's Daily" reported on the labor model figures in the industry, agriculture and industry. How did they move from the initial reporting embryonic form to maturity step by step, and at the same time combined with the case analysis method? The model figures and their exemplary deeds reported many times in People's Daily in the first three years of the founding of the people's Republic of China were discussed. The fifth part discusses the characteristics and introspection of the labor model report of the industry and agriculture in the early years of the founding of the people's Republic of China. Based on the relevant research in the third and fourth parts of this paper, this part analyzes the narrative techniques, language style and other reporting characteristics of the labor model report. At the same time, the problems of report pattern and lack of humanism in labor model report are reconsidered. The sixth part discusses the value and influence of the labor model report of the industry and agriculture in the early years of the founding of the people's Republic of China. It emphasizes the historical significance of labor model report in setting up new labor values, restoring national economy and strengthening the working people's identity to the new regime. The last part of the paper is the conclusion. The results of this study, the shortcomings of the study and the future research direction of labor model report are described in different layers.
