【摘要】：正當(dāng)今社會,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已經(jīng)成為人們?nèi)粘Ｉ畹闹匾M成部分,通過手機、平板電腦等便攜式網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備,任何人都可以隨時隨地接收、獲取或傳播信息�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)這種現(xiàn)代化的信息傳播手段,在極大地方便人民生活、促進生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展的同時,也給國家安全帶來越來越嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代的本質(zhì)在于信息傳播方式的變革,而敵對勢力利用這一點,將其與意識形態(tài)滲透和輿論傳播相結(jié)合,頻繁在網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息空間發(fā)動對主權(quán)國家的輿論攻勢。一、網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間輿論斗爭與傳統(tǒng)輿論戰(zhàn)的區(qū)別一般認(rèn)為,傳統(tǒng)輿論戰(zhàn)是指根據(jù)國家政治、外交、軍事斗爭的需要,有效利用傳媒傳播社會信息,有目的地生成和調(diào)控輿論,積極影響公眾的信念、觀
[Abstract]:In today's society, the Internet has become an important part of people's daily life, through mobile phones, tablets and other portable network devices, anyone can receive, obtain or disseminate information anytime and anywhere. The modern means of information dissemination, such as the Internet, not only greatly facilitates people's life and promotes the development of productive forces, but also brings more serious challenges to national security. The essence of the Internet age lies in the change of the mode of information dissemination, which is used by hostile forces to combine it with ideological infiltration and the dissemination of public opinion, and frequently launch an offensive of public opinion on sovereign states in the cyberspace. First, the difference between the public opinion struggle in cyberspace and the traditional public opinion war generally holds that traditional public opinion warfare refers to the effective use of the media to disseminate social information and to generate and control public opinion purposefully according to the needs of national politics, diplomacy, and military struggle.
