網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康社區(qū)知識(shí)共享的影響因素研究

【摘要】:[目的 /意義]探究網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康社區(qū)知識(shí)共享的影響因素,對(duì)優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康社區(qū)知識(shí)服務(wù)、促進(jìn)健康知識(shí)的交流與傳播具有重要意義。[方法 /過(guò)程]將網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康社區(qū)中的知識(shí)劃分為公共健康知識(shí)和個(gè)人健康知識(shí),依據(jù)社會(huì)認(rèn)知理論構(gòu)建影響因素模型,并利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證和分析。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果表明,自我效能、利他主義、社會(huì)信任、社會(huì)認(rèn)同、感知有用性等變量與公共健康知識(shí)和個(gè)人健康知識(shí)共享行為都呈顯著正相關(guān),感知風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與公共健康知識(shí)共享行為無(wú)顯著相關(guān)性,與個(gè)人健康知識(shí)共享行為呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance: to explore the influencing factors of knowledge sharing in network healthy community is of great significance to optimize the knowledge service of network healthy community and to promote the exchange and dissemination of health knowledge. [methods] the knowledge in network healthy community was divided into public health knowledge and personal health knowledge, and the influencing factor model was constructed according to social cognition theory, and the structural equation model was used to verify and analyze it. [results / conclusions] data analysis showed that variables such as self-efficacy, altruism, social trust, social identity, perceived usefulness were significantly positively correlated with public health knowledge and individual health knowledge sharing behavior. There is no significant correlation between perceived risk and public health knowledge sharing behavior, but a significant negative correlation between perceived risk and individual health knowledge sharing behavior.
