交際法視角下交替?zhèn)髯g的質(zhì)量評(píng)估

口譯活動(dòng)是人類交際在全球化背景下一個(gè)不可或缺的重要環(huán)節(jié),而對(duì)口譯質(zhì)量的評(píng)估一直以來都是一個(gè)爭論頗多的話題。本論文在回顧西方學(xué)者針對(duì)口譯質(zhì)量評(píng)估所進(jìn)行的各種實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,以口譯學(xué)和交際學(xué)的相關(guān)理論框架為指導(dǎo),對(duì)交替?zhèn)髯g過程、交替?zhèn)髯g的交際屬性和譯員在此過程中起到的作用和承擔(dān)的角色等問題進(jìn)行理論層面的分析。作者在理論探討的層面上進(jìn)一步開展了實(shí)證性研究,將質(zhì)量參數(shù)對(duì)交際過程的不同影響歸為兩類:一是交際意圖的傳達(dá),包括信息的完整度和準(zhǔn)確度、術(shù)語和相關(guān)背景知識(shí)的掌握、銜接合理和表達(dá)具有邏輯性、語用得當(dāng)以及譯員的臨場應(yīng)變能力;二是交際過程中信息表達(dá)的效果,包括表達(dá)的流暢度和清晰度、譯語語法以及譯員的語調(diào)和聲音。作者在此基礎(chǔ)之上運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查的方式對(duì)相關(guān)參數(shù)在交替?zhèn)髯g中實(shí)現(xiàn)交際意圖的重要性進(jìn)行評(píng)估和排序,進(jìn)而提出更有利于交際意圖傳遞的交替?zhèn)髯g質(zhì)量評(píng)估模式。實(shí)證研究的結(jié)果說明,我們應(yīng)更重視譯員解讀交際意圖的能力,而不僅僅只看重其語言能力,口譯培訓(xùn)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)譯員傳遞交際意圖能力的培養(yǎng)。
