模糊限制語的語用功能及其在話語生成和理解中的認知語用學研究

模糊限制語是語言交際中重要的語用標記語,是交際者常用的語用策略和手段。在口語交際和學術語篇等文本形式中,模糊限制語常常出現(xiàn)在話題敏感、說話人欲躲避自己責任,或令聽話人不快或不利的語言交際場合。很多學者對這一語言現(xiàn)象從語義學和語用學的角度進行較為全面的分析。本論文作者擬從認知語用學的視角對英語交際中的模糊限制語的語用功能及其在話語生成和理解中進行較全面的探索性分析和研究,應用了Sperber & Wilson的關聯(lián)理論(Relevance Theory)和Verschueren的元語用意識理論(Metapragmatic Awareness Theory)作為本論文的理論框架,對交際中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的模糊限制語語用功能的認知性及其在話語生成和理解的具體語境中產(chǎn)生的認知機制、話語命題和認知語境的關系、語境效果與關聯(lián)性的關系以及推斷話語意義的努力程度與關聯(lián)性的關系等進行分析和研究。按形式上劃分,模糊限制語可分為詞語形式模糊限制語和句法結(jié)構(gòu)形式模糊限制語兩種。從語義學的角度,模糊限制語可分為四類:第一類為某些形容詞和副詞構(gòu)成(如:maybe,almost, somewhat, sort of...
