語(yǔ)言服務(wù)業(yè)中編譯的內(nèi)涵及勝任力研究

【摘要】:隨著語(yǔ)言服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展,編譯的內(nèi)涵也發(fā)生著變化。編譯曾被廣泛認(rèn)為是翻譯能力的一種,但是在語(yǔ)言服務(wù)業(yè)的背景下,編譯已經(jīng)被賦予了全新的內(nèi)涵和意義。編譯能力不再是傳統(tǒng)的翻譯能力的一部分,而是合格編譯者所必需的潛在知識(shí)和技能系統(tǒng)。在這樣的研究背景下,本研究試圖重新解讀作為語(yǔ)言服務(wù)形式的編譯內(nèi)涵,基于勝任力模型探索專業(yè)的編譯者所需的能力構(gòu)成要素,并嘗試提出編譯能力發(fā)展培養(yǎng)的方案和建議。本研究的研究問(wèn)題包括:1編譯作為語(yǔ)言服務(wù)的一種形式,其主要特征和內(nèi)涵是什么?2在語(yǔ)言服務(wù)業(yè)中職業(yè)編譯員需要掌握的主要?jiǎng)偃瘟?gòu)成要素有哪些?3在編譯的主要特征和內(nèi)涵基礎(chǔ)上,怎樣在以職業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的翻譯教育中發(fā)展編譯能力?為回答研究問(wèn)題1,作者收集了編譯、語(yǔ)言服務(wù)業(yè)、譯后編輯和技術(shù)寫作方面的相關(guān)論文、著作和研究成果,通過(guò)對(duì)比探討編譯在定義,工作對(duì)象,工作流程、應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域及編譯能力方面的特點(diǎn)和構(gòu)成要素。為回答研究問(wèn)題2,作者從市場(chǎng)需求的角度,借鑒勝任力模型,通過(guò)市場(chǎng)調(diào)研解析編譯的能力構(gòu)成。該研究在招聘網(wǎng)站上收集了26份符合本研究中“編譯”定義及內(nèi)涵的招聘信息,通過(guò)歸納分類,統(tǒng)計(jì)出各能力要素的頻次,提取出頻次最高,即需求最多的能力要素,以為后續(xù)的能力發(fā)展提供參考。最后,作者將會(huì)調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)外高校的編譯及編譯相關(guān)課程的開(kāi)設(shè)情況,通過(guò)分析和比較不同國(guó)家和地區(qū)的課程開(kāi)設(shè)情況及開(kāi)設(shè)內(nèi)容,選取蒙特雷國(guó)際研究院,香港中文大學(xué)及北京大學(xué)的編譯課程作為代表案例加以借鑒和學(xué)習(xí),以期在職業(yè)導(dǎo)向的翻譯教育中提出編譯能力發(fā)展的建議。通過(guò)對(duì)編譯在語(yǔ)言服務(wù)業(yè)背景下的重新定義,作者能進(jìn)一步研究合格的編譯者所需要的能力構(gòu)成。通過(guò)對(duì)編譯主要能力構(gòu)成的梳理,有助于為企業(yè)招聘合格的編譯人才提供可資參考的規(guī)范,同時(shí)也有助于教師在編譯訓(xùn)練過(guò)程中采取相應(yīng)措施集中訓(xùn)練某種能力或更有針對(duì)性的訓(xùn)練編譯能力。
[Abstract]:With the development of language service industry, the connotation of compilation is also changing. Compilation has been widely regarded as a kind of translation ability, but in the context of language service industry, compilation has been given a new connotation and significance. Compilation ability is no longer a part of traditional translation ability, but a potential knowledge and skill system necessary for qualified compilers. In this context, this study attempts to reinterpret the compilation connotation as a form of language service, explore the competency elements needed by professional compilers based on competency model, and try to put forward some plans and suggestions for the development and cultivation of compilation ability. The research questions of this study include: (1) as a form of language service, what are the main features and connotations of compilation? (2) what are the main elements of competence that professional compilers need to master in the language service industry? (3) on the basis of the main features and connotations of compilation, how to develop compilation ability in career-oriented translation education? In order to answer question 1, the author collects the relevant papers, works and research results in compilation, language service industry, post-translation editing and technical writing, and discusses the characteristics and constituent elements of compilation in definition, work object, workflow, application field and compilation ability through comparison. In order to answer question 2, the author uses competency model for reference from the point of view of market demand, and analyzes the composition of compiling ability through market research. In this study, 26 recruitment information in accordance with the definition and connotation of "compilation" in this study were collected on the recruitment website. Through induction and classification, the frequency of each ability element was counted, and the highest frequency, that is, the most demanding ability element, was extracted, which provided a reference for the subsequent ability development. Finally, the author will investigate the compilation and compilation related courses in colleges and universities at home and abroad. By analyzing and comparing the curriculum offers and contents in different countries and regions, the author selects the compilation courses of the Monterrey Institute of International Research, the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Peking University as representative cases to draw lessons from and study, in order to put forward some suggestions on the development of compilation ability in career-oriented translation education. By redefining compilation in the context of language service industry, the author can further study the ability composition of qualified compilers. By combing the main abilities of compilation, it is helpful to provide a reference specification for enterprises to recruit qualified compilers, and at the same time, it is also helpful for teachers to take corresponding measures to train certain abilities or more targeted compilation abilities in the process of compilation and training.
