【摘要】：古希臘以來,哲學特別是語言哲學對話語社會性的探索從未隔斷,但就這些探索對社會治理價值的認識和揭示而言,僅僅是邁出了第一步。從工業(yè)化到后工業(yè)化的社會發(fā)展過程中,理論界對話語治理價值的認識發(fā)生了轉(zhuǎn)向,�？�、馬爾庫塞和喬姆斯基等學者全面、深刻地揭示了權力與話語結合的廣泛性、話語競爭的普遍性、話語控制的壟斷性及其對國際關系和社會治理的負面影響;隨著時代的發(fā)展,巴赫金、格萊斯、馬丁·諾瓦克等學者又轉(zhuǎn)向了對話語合作性的探索,慢慢打開了探索話語合作性的大門。話語的合作性轉(zhuǎn)向不但是推動合作行動、合作治理、合作社會形成的內(nèi)在動力,而且是推動全球治理形成的首要因素。
[Abstract]:Since ancient Greece, philosophy, especially language philosophy, has never been separated from the exploration of discourse sociality, but in terms of understanding and revealing the value of social governance in these explorations, it is only the first step. In the process of social development from industrialization to post-industrialization, there has been a shift in the understanding of the value of discourse governance in theoretical circles. Foucault, Marcuse and Chomsky have comprehensively and profoundly revealed the universality of the combination of power and discourse. The universality of discourse competition, the monopoly of discourse control and its negative influence on international relations and social governance; with the development of the times, Bakhtin, Grice, Martin Novak and other scholars turned to the exploration of discourse cooperation. Slowly opened the door to explore the cooperative nature of discourse. The cooperative turn of discourse is not only the internal motive force to promote cooperative action, cooperative governance and cooperative society, but also the primary factor to promote the formation of global governance.
