【摘要】：本文擬討論兩個問題:1)翻譯學從屬于應用語言學是不是合理?2)翻譯學到底是不是一個獨立的學科?自上世紀末起,翻譯學界開始了一波強勁的文化轉向,翻譯研究的語言學范式讓位于文化研究范式。時至今日,翻譯學的主流已經(jīng)不再是語言學,因此,國內的學科劃分仍將翻譯學歸在應用語言學之下,顯然已經(jīng)不合時宜。受文化轉向的影響,如今翻譯學已經(jīng)發(fā)展成了一個跨界學科,與社會學、哲學、心理學、歷史學、經(jīng)濟學、計算機科學等學科建立起了跨學科的研究界面。因此,在西方學術界,翻譯學已經(jīng)被認定為是一個跨界學科,從而獲得了獨立的學科地位。這與翻譯學在中國的發(fā)展很不協(xié)調。如果不給予翻譯學以合理的學科地位,勢必會影響這一蒸蒸日上的學科的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper intends to discuss two questions: (1) is it reasonable for translation to be subordinate to applied linguistics? (2) is translatology an independent subject? Since the end of the last century, translation circles have begun a strong cultural turn, and the linguistic paradigm of translation studies has given way to the paradigm of cultural studies. Up to now, the mainstream of translation studies is no longer linguistics, therefore, the division of disciplines in China still classifies translation studies under applied linguistics, which is obviously out of date. Under the influence of cultural turn, translation has developed into a cross-disciplinary subject, which has established an interdisciplinary research interface with sociology, philosophy, psychology, history, economics, computer science and so on. Therefore, translation has been recognized as a cross-disciplinary subject in western academia, thus gaining its independent status. This is incompatible with the development of translation studies in China. If translation is not given a reasonable position, it will affect the healthy development of this booming subject.
