【摘要】：中國是考試大國,各種考試難計其數(shù)。但是,人們對考試的現(xiàn)狀并不滿意,因此對"測試反撥作用"、"測試后效"的討論成為人們關(guān)注的話題;但在討論中也存在一種泛化的傾向。無疑,正面反撥作用和正面后效是一項好的考試的必要條件。語言測試工作者在設(shè)計一個考試項目時必須力求做到考試能夠正確地引導教學,并且能夠?qū)ι鐣a(chǎn)生良好的后效。同時應(yīng)當清醒地看到,考試的作用實際上是有限的,考試即使能夠?qū)虒W產(chǎn)生正面反撥作用,也是一種長效作用;另一方面,考試是在一定的社會環(huán)境中進行的。所謂后效,只有當考試結(jié)果被實際使用以后才會發(fā)生,而考試結(jié)果的使用本身是一種社會性決策,不是單純的測試學術(shù)問題,并不在語言測試工作者能夠控制的范圍之內(nèi)。因此必須全面看待考試、教學和考試結(jié)果的使用三者之間的關(guān)系。事實上考試有好壞之分,教學也有好壞之分,考試結(jié)果的使用還有正確與否、恰當與否的區(qū)別,不能一概而論。這里有學術(shù)問題,有社會問題;有測試問題,有教學問題;有測試的內(nèi)容問題,有測試的形式問題;糾結(jié)在一起,需要擘肌分理,一一澄清,否則無法得出正確的結(jié)論。筆者認為,考試、教學和考試結(jié)果的使用,三者構(gòu)成一個系統(tǒng),要發(fā)揮系統(tǒng)的作用,三者必須協(xié)調(diào)。實際上三者是不同的過程,雖然密切相關(guān),但畢竟不是同一回事,應(yīng)當區(qū)分開來,各司其職、各盡其責。只有各方正確處理好各自的關(guān)系,做到有效測試、有效教學、有效使用,才有可能找到正確的解決之道,取得整個系統(tǒng)的最佳效果。
[Abstract]:China is a big country in examinations, and it is difficult to count them in all kinds of examinations. However, people are not satisfied with the present situation of the test, so the discussion of "test backwash" and "test after-effect" has become a topic of concern, but there is also a tendency to generalize in the discussion. There is no doubt that positive backwash and positive after-effects are a necessary condition for a good test. When designing an examination item, the language tester must make every effort to guide the teaching correctly and produce good after-effects to the society. At the same time, we should soberly see that the function of examination is actually limited, even if it can produce positive backwash effect on teaching, it is also a long-term effect; on the other hand, the examination is carried out in a certain social environment. The so-called after-effects can only occur when the test results are actually used, and the use of the test results is a kind of social decision, not a simple academic problem of testing, and it is not within the scope of language testing workers' control. Therefore, the relationship among examination, teaching and the use of test results must be viewed comprehensively. As a matter of fact, there are good and bad grades in the examination, and there are also differences in the use of the test results and the appropriateness or otherwise. There are academic problems, there are social problems, there are test problems, there are problems in teaching, there are problems in the content of tests, there are problems in the form of tests, and entanglement, it needs to be analyzed separately and clarified one by one, otherwise it is impossible to draw a correct conclusion. The author thinks that examination, teaching and the use of test results constitute a system, which must be coordinated if it is to play a systematic role. In fact, the three are different processes. Although they are closely related, they are not the same thing after all. Only when all parties deal with their relations correctly, can they find the correct solution and obtain the best effect of the whole system by means of effective testing, effective teaching and effective use.
