【摘要】：話語(yǔ)是認(rèn)知的外化,心智狀態(tài)與語(yǔ)言使用的深層正式度密切相關(guān),這種相關(guān)性為研究阿爾茨海默癥患者的語(yǔ)言提供了新的路徑。為考察阿爾茨海默癥患者話語(yǔ)的深層正式度并準(zhǔn)確定位患者的言語(yǔ)交際問題,本文以Talkbank病理語(yǔ)料庫(kù)中的阿爾茨海默癥患者以及同齡健康人120篇圖片描述性文本為語(yǔ)料,對(duì)阿爾茨海默癥患者話語(yǔ)的深層正式度做了相關(guān)維度的分析研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)阿爾茨海默癥患者的話語(yǔ)深層正式度較低,具體表現(xiàn)在功能詞和實(shí)體詞的語(yǔ)料文本特征上。
[Abstract]:Utterance is the externalization of cognition, and the mental state is closely related to the deep formality of language use, which provides a new way to study the language of patients with Alzheimer's disease. In order to investigate the deep formality of Alzheimer's patients' utterances and accurately locate their verbal communication problems, 120 descriptive texts of Alzheimer's disease patients and healthy people of the same age were used as data in the Talkbank pathological corpus. The related dimensions of the deep formality of Alzheimer's patients' discourse were analyzed. It is found that the deep formality of the patients with Alzheimer's disease is lower than that of the patients with Alzheimer's disease, which is manifested in the features of the corpus text of functional words and substantive words.
