【摘要】：泰國(guó)以其獨(dú)特的地理?xiàng)l件和人文環(huán)境在全世界享有盛名。旅游業(yè)是泰國(guó)的龍頭產(chǎn)業(yè),旅游業(yè)收入是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)總收入中最重要的部分。泰國(guó)的旅游業(yè)在近幾年的發(fā)展過(guò)程中,將中國(guó)視為最主要的客源國(guó)。中國(guó)游客作為泰國(guó)境外游客的中堅(jiān)力量,極大地刺激著泰國(guó)旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。在中泰聯(lián)系緊密的今天,泰國(guó)人民學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)熱情高漲,尤其對(duì)于正在從事旅游服務(wù)行業(yè)和欲進(jìn)入旅游行業(yè)的泰國(guó)人來(lái)說(shuō),掌握漢語(yǔ)越來(lái)越成為一種工作中的必要。由此“旅游漢語(yǔ)”這一課題在泰國(guó)以一種全新的面貌展開(kāi)。在泰國(guó)的職業(yè)院校中,培養(yǎng)著大批從事旅游服務(wù)行業(yè)的人員。本文從語(yǔ)言和旅游二者相結(jié)合的角度,以旅游漢語(yǔ)為根本,以職業(yè)院校為基點(diǎn),以口語(yǔ)教學(xué)為目標(biāo),將傳統(tǒng)旅游漢語(yǔ)進(jìn)行泰國(guó)本土化地改編,通過(guò)教學(xué)實(shí)踐與理論分析相結(jié)合的方法,分析旅游漢語(yǔ)在任教學(xué)校的教學(xué)情況和效果,探討泰國(guó)職業(yè)院校如何更有效的開(kāi)展旅游漢語(yǔ)的專項(xiàng)教學(xué)。論文的第一章綜述了“旅游漢語(yǔ)”的由來(lái)、特點(diǎn)及其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并探討了泰國(guó)開(kāi)展旅游漢語(yǔ)專項(xiàng)教學(xué)的必要性和重要性。第二章以筆者所任教的學(xué)校為基點(diǎn),對(duì)泰國(guó)普吉職業(yè)學(xué)院的漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)進(jìn)行概述,分析了泰國(guó)職校學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn),在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)出一學(xué)期的旅游漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)的課程教學(xué)綱要,并以其中一課為例做出相應(yīng)的教案,記錄實(shí)際上課過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題并進(jìn)行分析。第三章主要根據(jù)學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、綜合成績(jī)等方面的表現(xiàn),分析該校的旅游漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)效果,闡述教學(xué)中存在的關(guān)于學(xué)校、教師、教材、學(xué)生等當(dāng)面的問(wèn)題,并提出相應(yīng)的解決方法。
[Abstract]:Thailand is famous all over the world for its unique geographical conditions and cultural environment. Tourism is Thailand's leading industry, tourism revenue is the most important part of national income. In recent years, Thailand's tourism industry has regarded China as the most important source of tourists. As the backbone of overseas Thai tourists, Chinese tourists greatly stimulate the development of Thailand's tourism economy. Today, with the close ties between China and Thailand, the enthusiasm of Thai people to learn Chinese is high, especially for the Thais who are engaged in tourism service and want to enter the tourism industry, it is increasingly necessary to master Chinese as a kind of work. Therefore, the subject of "tourist Chinese" is launched in Thailand with a new look. In Thailand's vocational colleges, a large number of people engaged in the tourism service industry. From the angle of the combination of language and tourism, this paper, based on tourism Chinese, taking vocational colleges as the basic point and taking oral teaching as its goal, adapts the traditional tourism Chinese to Thai localization. Through the combination of teaching practice and theoretical analysis, this paper analyzes the teaching situation and effect of tourism Chinese in teaching schools, and probes into how Thai vocational colleges can carry out the special teaching of tourism Chinese more effectively. The first chapter summarizes the origin, characteristics and development of Tourism Chinese, and discusses the necessity and importance of the special teaching of Tourism Chinese in Thailand. The second chapter, based on the school the author teaches, summarizes the teaching of Chinese in Phuket Vocational College of Thailand, analyzes the learning characteristics of the students in Thailand Vocational School, and designs a course teaching outline of tourism Chinese teaching for one semester. Taking one of the lessons as an example, the problems in the course of teaching are recorded and analyzed. The third chapter mainly according to the student's characteristic, the study attitude, the comprehensive achievement and so on aspect performance, analyzes the school's traveling Chinese teaching effect, elaborates the teaching existing in the school, the teacher, the textbook, the student and so on face to face question. And put forward the corresponding solution.
