泰北華文民校漢語教學(xué)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:泰北華文民校漢語教學(xué)作為海外華文教育基地,歷史悠久,不斷地成長和壯大,很多學(xué)校現(xiàn)己成為今天泰國華校中的示范學(xué)校,是泰國華文教育發(fā)展的典范。本文從多方面對(duì)泰北華文民校進(jìn)行調(diào)查和研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)泰北華文民校的教學(xué)環(huán)境良好,學(xué)生的課外活動(dòng)豐富。同時(shí),筆者也發(fā)現(xiàn)了諸多問題,如生源構(gòu)成較為復(fù)雜;本土教師成為師資隊(duì)伍的主力,但是整體師資缺乏梯隊(duì)建設(shè),梯隊(duì)斷代,缺乏中堅(jiān)力量,考核機(jī)制不完善,師資隊(duì)伍不穩(wěn)定;漢語教材很豐富,但是多數(shù)教材內(nèi)容離學(xué)生生活距離較遠(yuǎn),不能與時(shí)俱進(jìn)地反映中國國內(nèi)的現(xiàn)狀,缺少適用性;教學(xué)方法比較陳舊傳統(tǒng),缺乏創(chuàng)新;學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)不明確,缺法對(duì)漢語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣和動(dòng)力。針對(duì)這些問題,筆者認(rèn)為設(shè)立具體的管理機(jī)構(gòu),對(duì)華校實(shí)施年度考評(píng),完善中文部管理機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè),進(jìn)一步培養(yǎng)管理人才,制定中文發(fā)展規(guī)劃,堅(jiān)持管理工作的連續(xù)性;盡快建立一支相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的優(yōu)秀的本土化教師隊(duì)伍,選拔優(yōu)秀教師,建立一個(gè)中文教學(xué)科研示范小組,逐漸形成高效課堂教學(xué)特色。筆者希望本文的研究能夠讓我們認(rèn)識(shí)到目前泰北華文民校漢語教學(xué)中存在的問題,并加緊改善,把泰北華文民校建設(shè)成為名副其實(shí)的華校,進(jìn)而推動(dòng)整個(gè)泰國的華文教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As an overseas Chinese language education base, Chinese teaching in northern Thailand has a long history. Many schools have now become the model schools in Thai Chinese schools, and are the models for the development of Thai Chinese education. This paper investigates and studies the Northern Thai Chinese School in many aspects and finds that the teaching environment is good and the extracurricular activities of students are abundant. At the same time, the author also found many problems, such as the formation of students is more complex, local teachers become the main force of the teaching staff, but the overall teachers lack of echelon construction, echelon generation, lack of backbone, the examination mechanism is not perfect. The Chinese teaching materials are very rich, but most of them are far away from the students' life, can not reflect the current situation of China with the times, lack of applicability, the teaching methods are old and traditional, and lack of innovation; Students' learning goals are not clear, lack of interest in Chinese learning and motivation. In view of these problems, the author thinks that the establishment of specific management agencies, the implementation of the annual evaluation of the Chinese school, the improvement of the management organization construction of the Chinese Department, the further training of management personnel, the formulation of Chinese development plan, adhere to the continuity of management work; As soon as possible, we should set up a relatively stable team of excellent local teachers, select excellent teachers, set up a demonstration group of Chinese teaching and scientific research, and gradually form the characteristics of efficient classroom teaching. The author hopes that the research in this paper will enable us to recognize the existing problems in Chinese teaching in Northern Thai Chinese language School, and to speed up the improvement, so as to build the Northern Thai Chinese language School into a Chinese school worthy of its name. And then promote the development of the whole Thai Chinese language education.
