“一帶一路”背景下小語(yǔ)種專(zhuān)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的機(jī)遇與對(duì)策——以西北四省區(qū)高校為例

【摘要】:我國(guó)西北四省區(qū)(新疆、青海、甘肅、寧夏)是"一帶一路"倡議推進(jìn)的重要區(qū)域與窗口,這給四省區(qū)高校小語(yǔ)種專(zhuān)業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)工作帶來(lái)了重大挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇。然而,四省區(qū)高校關(guān)于相關(guān)小語(yǔ)種專(zhuān)業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)卻較為薄弱。在此背景下,需要四省區(qū)相關(guān)高校與部門(mén)以此為契機(jī),從小語(yǔ)種專(zhuān)業(yè)招生規(guī)模、專(zhuān)業(yè)開(kāi)設(shè)點(diǎn)、培養(yǎng)模式等方面加快改革,推動(dòng)培養(yǎng)能力的提升以滿足人才的需求。
[Abstract]:The four provinces and regions of Northwest China (Xinjiang, Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia) are the important regions and windows of the "Belt and Road" initiative, which brings great challenges and opportunities to the cultivation of minority language professionals in colleges and universities in the four provinces and autonomous regions.However, the cultivation of relevant minority language professionals in the four provinces is relatively weak.In this context, it is necessary for the relevant universities and departments of the four provinces and regions to take this as an opportunity to speed up the reform from the aspects of the enrollment scale of minor language majors, the specialized opening points and the training model, so as to promote the upgrading of the training ability to meet the needs of talents.
