【摘要】：育人者,先育己。高等教育應(yīng)該把培養(yǎng)思辨能力放在重要地位,這一點已在國內(nèi)外教育界達成共識。通過訪談五位高校外語院系負責(zé)人了解到,我國高校外語教師大都受傳統(tǒng)教育背景的限制,本身并不是合格的思辨者,難以培養(yǎng)出具有較高思辨能力的學(xué)生。為此,高校外語教師亟須普及思辨能力的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)校層面亦需要從教師源頭的把控、教師書籍的引進、教師的研修培訓(xùn)以及績效考核評價等多方面著手,合力促進高校外語教師培養(yǎng)思辨能力,以滿足高等教育改革和發(fā)展對教師具備較高思辨能力的要求。
[Abstract]:He who educates is the first to cultivate himself.Higher education should put the cultivation of speculative ability in an important position, which has reached a consensus in the field of education at home and abroad.Through interviews with five heads of foreign language departments in colleges and universities, it is found that most foreign language teachers in colleges and universities in China are limited by the traditional educational background and are not qualified speculators themselves, so it is difficult to cultivate students with higher speculative abilities.Therefore, it is urgent for foreign language teachers in colleges and universities to popularize the study of speculative ability. At the school level, they also need to start with the control of teachers' source, the introduction of teachers' books, the training of teachers' study and training, and the evaluation of performance, etc.In order to meet the requirements of the reform and development of higher education, foreign language teachers in colleges and universities should have higher speculative ability.
