[Abstract]:In December 27th 2015, it was sponsored by the Heilongjiang Federation of Social Sciences and the Heilongjiang University. The "academic Exchange Base of Foreign language Education in Heilongjiang Province", sponsored by the College of Applied Foreign languages of Heilongjiang University, was successfully held in Heilongjiang University. The purpose of the conference was to promote the construction of foreign language education courses in Heilongjiang Province by means of academic exchange activities.
