【摘要】：菲律賓是一個(gè)多民族多語言的國家,在其歷史發(fā)展進(jìn)程中由于遭受過殖民的影響,國內(nèi)的語言使用呈現(xiàn)出復(fù)雜、多變的情況。本文選取菲律賓語言政策為研究對象,旨在通過對菲律賓語言政策的研究,能夠揭示菲律賓語言政策的脈絡(luò)和走向。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法,通過搜集當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外有關(guān)菲律賓語言政策的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,并進(jìn)行整理、分析,并針對其中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題加以借鑒;描述性研究法,對菲律賓的語言政策變化以及發(fā)展的說明,通過實(shí)際研究和自己的理解,進(jìn)行整理并給予詳細(xì)解釋與說明;問卷調(diào)查法,通過問卷形式對菲律賓華校學(xué)生的語言使用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,分析語言政策是否落實(shí)到了實(shí)處,并且從學(xué)生的語言使用現(xiàn)狀挖掘出菲律賓語言政策存在的問題。研究過程有:1、對菲律賓語言政策經(jīng)歷的五個(gè)時(shí)期進(jìn)行歷史回顧;2、通過語言政策發(fā)展的歷史,總結(jié)出語言政策演變的特點(diǎn);3、分析不同時(shí)期語言政策造成的影響;4、通過菲律賓華校學(xué)生的語言使用現(xiàn)狀,揭示出菲律賓語言政策存在的問題,并通過菲律賓語言政策發(fā)展的特點(diǎn),對未來菲律賓語言政策的發(fā)展趨勢做出預(yù)設(shè)。通過對菲律賓語言政策演變的研究,不僅可以讓我們從歷史的角度更了解菲律賓,還可以通過分析語言政策背后所隱含的政治問題、民族問題和語言問題來幫助我們透過現(xiàn)象看到本質(zhì)。在實(shí)踐方面,分析菲律賓語言政策也有助于我國制定在菲推廣漢語的方案,為漢語在菲律賓的發(fā)展提供有利的條件。
[Abstract]:The Philippines is a multi-national and multilingual country. In its historical development process, due to the influence of colonization, the use of language in the Philippines has become more complicated. This article chooses the Philippine language policy as the research object, aims to reveal the context and trend of the Philippine language policy through the research of the Philippine language policy. Through the collection of domestic and foreign relevant literature on the Philippine language policy, and collate, analysis, and in view of the problems found in the reference; Descriptive research, the language policy changes and development of the Philippines, through practical research and their own understanding, collate and give a detailed explanation and explanation; Questionnaire survey, through the form of questionnaires to the Philippine Chinese school students' current situation of language use, to analyze whether the implementation of the language policy in practice. From the current situation of students' language use, the existing problems of Philippine language policy are excavated. The research process includes: 1, historical review of five periods of Philippine language policy; 2. Through the history of the development of language policy, the characteristics of the evolution of language policy are summarized. (3) analyzing the influence of language policy in different periods; 4. Through the present situation of language use of Chinese school students in the Philippines, this paper reveals the problems existing in the language policy of the Philippines and the characteristics of the development of the language policy in the Philippines. Through the study of the evolution of the Philippine language policy, we can not only understand the Philippines from the perspective of history. We can also help us to see the essence through the phenomenon by analyzing the political, national and linguistic problems behind the language policy. The analysis of the Philippine language policy is also helpful for China to formulate a scheme to popularize Chinese in the Philippines and to provide favorable conditions for the development of Chinese in the Philippines.
