【摘要】：基于真實(shí)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維吾爾語(yǔ)庭審語(yǔ)料,運(yùn)用話語(yǔ)分析的方法,對(duì)新疆地區(qū)的維吾爾語(yǔ)庭審話語(yǔ)中的目的關(guān)系做了初步分析。發(fā)現(xiàn)維吾爾語(yǔ)庭審話語(yǔ)中的目的關(guān)系包括目的一致性、目的沖突性和目的中性,目的一致的雙方合作性較高,目的沖突的雙方不合作是常態(tài)的、預(yù)設(shè)的,但有時(shí)也有較好的合作,法官的程序性庭審話語(yǔ)具有目的中性的特點(diǎn),實(shí)體性話語(yǔ)則會(huì)出現(xiàn)目的的一致性和沖突性。
[Abstract]:Based on the real Uygur trial corpus and using the method of discourse analysis, this paper makes a preliminary analysis of the purpose relationship in Uygur trial discourse in Xinjiang. It is found that the purpose relationship in Uygur court discourse includes the consistency of purpose, the conflict of purpose and the neutrality of purpose, the cooperation of both sides with the same purpose is high, and the non-cooperation between the two parties in the conflict of purpose is normal and preset. But sometimes there is good cooperation, judges' procedural trial discourse has the characteristics of purpose-neutral, substantive discourse will appear the consistency of purpose and conflict.
