【摘要】：外交新聞發(fā)布會(huì)是政府發(fā)布國(guó)內(nèi)外新聞和引導(dǎo)輿論的重要媒介。外交新聞發(fā)布會(huì)由記者的提問(wèn)和新聞發(fā)言人的回答組成。發(fā)言人代表政府發(fā)布信息，記者則代表新聞機(jī)構(gòu)獲取其所需要的新聞。國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)外交新聞發(fā)布會(huì)的研究主要集中于語(yǔ)用學(xué)、語(yǔ)體學(xué)、口譯策略研究、新聞學(xué)、政治學(xué)等領(lǐng)域，而以評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)為理論框架的研究非常罕見(jiàn)。本文試圖從評(píng)價(jià)理論角度對(duì)中美外交新聞發(fā)布會(huì)中的介入資源進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究。 評(píng)價(jià)理論中的介入系統(tǒng)主要研究對(duì)話(huà)語(yǔ)境下語(yǔ)言使用者如何通過(guò)詞匯、語(yǔ)法資源表達(dá)自己觀點(diǎn)，與其他觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行交涉并利用這些資源調(diào)節(jié)自己對(duì)所說(shuō)或所寫(xiě)的內(nèi)容承擔(dān)的責(zé)任。本文作者在中國(guó)外交部網(wǎng)站和美國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)院網(wǎng)站中共選取40篇外交新聞發(fā)布會(huì)語(yǔ)篇作為語(yǔ)料，從介入系統(tǒng)角度對(duì)比分析中美外交新聞發(fā)布會(huì)異同。 本文作者通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，介入資源的分布在中國(guó)外交部發(fā)言人例行記者會(huì)和美國(guó)每日新聞發(fā)布會(huì)中既存在共同點(diǎn)也存在差異。相比于擴(kuò)展資源，中美外交新聞發(fā)言人都傾向于使用更多的收縮資源來(lái)表達(dá)自己的立場(chǎng)、遏制謠言傳播和引導(dǎo)大眾輿論。但是在收縮系統(tǒng)中，中國(guó)外交新聞發(fā)言人使用的公告資源遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)否認(rèn)資源，而美國(guó)新聞發(fā)言人使用的否認(rèn)資源稍多于公告資源。由于外交新聞發(fā)布會(huì)固有的特點(diǎn)和介入系統(tǒng)自身的運(yùn)作體系，介入資源的分布在中美外交新聞發(fā)布會(huì)中存在一些相同點(diǎn)。而不同的文化背景、思維方式以及外交政策導(dǎo)致了中美外交新聞發(fā)言人在介入資源選擇上的不同。 本研究為外交新聞發(fā)布會(huì)的研究提供了新的視角，拓寬了介入系統(tǒng)的研究范圍，，并且有助于深化研究者對(duì)中美外交新聞發(fā)布會(huì)和機(jī)構(gòu)話(huà)語(yǔ)的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Diplomatic press conference is an important medium for the government to release domestic and foreign news and guide public opinion. The diplomatic press conference consisted of questions from reporters and answers from press spokesmen. Spokesmen deliver information on behalf of the government, and journalists on behalf of news agencies get the news they need. The researches on diplomatic press conferences at home and abroad mainly focus on the fields of pragmatics, stylistics, interpreting strategies, journalism, political science and so on. This paper attempts to make a comparative study of the intervention resources in the diplomatic press conferences of China and the United States from the perspective of evaluation theory. The intervention system in evaluation theory mainly studies how language users express their views through lexical and grammatical resources, negotiate with other views and use these resources to adjust their responsibilities for what they say or write. In this paper, the author chooses 40 diplomatic press conferences as the corpus on the Chinese Foreign Ministry website and the US State Department website, and analyzes the similarities and differences between China and the United States from the perspective of intervention system. The author finds that there are similarities and differences in the distribution of intervention resources between the regular press conference of the Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman and the daily news conference of the United States. Compared with the expansion of resources, Chinese and American foreign press spokesmen tend to use more contractionary resources to express their positions, curb the spread of rumors and guide public opinion. But in the shrinking system, Chinese foreign press spokesmen use far more announcement resources than denial resources, while U.S. spokesmen use slightly more denial resources than announcement resources. Due to the inherent characteristics of diplomatic press conferences and the operational system of the intervention system, there are some similarities in the distribution of intervention resources in the diplomatic press conferences between China and the United States. Different cultural backgrounds, modes of thinking and foreign policy have led to differences in the choice of intervention resources between Chinese and American foreign press spokesmen. This study provides a new perspective for the study of diplomatic press conferences, broadens the scope of research on intervention systems, and helps researchers deepen their understanding of Sino-US diplomatic press conferences and institutional discourse.
