【摘要】：目的檢驗(yàn)鼻流量測(cè)試新語(yǔ)句材料的測(cè)試效度,并分析其測(cè)試結(jié)果的性別差異。方法應(yīng)用本研究編制的鼻流量測(cè)試新語(yǔ)句材料和目前中國(guó)主要使用的鼻流量測(cè)試原語(yǔ)句材料,用NasalView汶鼻流量測(cè)試儀測(cè)試102例年齡18~23歲的北京在校大學(xué)生的鼻流量值,男女各半,均在北京出生且居住18年以上,均以北京話為交流語(yǔ)言,比較其結(jié)果和男女差異。結(jié)果 1新材料鼻腔句、口腔句和口鼻腔句測(cè)試的平均鼻流量值分別為56.58%±3.43%、33.86%±5.24%和49.49%±4.13%,原材料的測(cè)試結(jié)果分別為54.31%±4.43%、35.64%±5.90%和47.12%±4.96%,差異均有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,且女生較男生高(均為P0.01);2鼻流量測(cè)試新材料與原材料測(cè)試結(jié)果之間有相關(guān)關(guān)系,鼻腔句r=.899(P0.01),口腔句r=0.850(P0.01),口鼻腔句r=0.851 0(P0.01);3新材料測(cè)試結(jié)果的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)誤較原材料更小,差異有極顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論鼻流量測(cè)試新語(yǔ)句材料具有較好的測(cè)試效度,與原語(yǔ)句材料之間存在較高的相關(guān)關(guān)系,利用新材料進(jìn)行鼻流量測(cè)試時(shí),其結(jié)果會(huì)更準(zhǔn)確,可信度更高;正常青年女性鼻流量值較男性高。
[Abstract]:Objective to test the validity of nasal flow test materials and analyze the gender differences in the results. Methods using the new sentence material of nasal flow test compiled in this study and the original sentence material of nasal flow test mainly used in China at present, the nasal flow value of 102 college students aged 1823 years in Beijing was measured by NasalView nasal flow tester, which was half male and half male. Both were born in Beijing and lived in Beijing for more than 18 years. Results (1) the mean nasal flow value of the new material was 56.58% 鹵3.43 鹵33.86% 鹵5.24% and 49.49% 鹵4.13%, respectively. The test results of raw materials were 54.31% 鹵4.435.64% 鹵5.90% and 47.12% 鹵4.96%, respectively. Moreover, girls were higher than boys (P 0.01). There was a correlation between the new material of nasal flow test and the result of raw material test. The standard error of the new material was lower than that of raw material, and the standard error of the new material was lower than that of the raw material. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). Conclusion the new sentence material for nasal flow test has better test validity and has a higher correlation with the original sentence material. When the new material is used for nasal flow test, the results will be more accurate and reliable. The nasal flow value of normal young women was higher than that of men.
