【摘要】：言語(yǔ)交際是一種重要的人類活動(dòng),對(duì)人類的生存和發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。但語(yǔ)言使用只能促進(jìn)人們之間的交流,使相互理解成為可能,并不能保證交際活動(dòng)必然成功。日常交際現(xiàn)實(shí)和以往對(duì)誤解現(xiàn)象的研究證實(shí)了誤解不僅廣泛存在于交際活動(dòng)中,而且不可避免。 本文試圖從認(rèn)知心理學(xué)角度出發(fā)探究誤解產(chǎn)生的根源。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)可及性經(jīng)驗(yàn)推理是誤解產(chǎn)生的認(rèn)知心理根源之一。根據(jù)心理學(xué)研究,可及性經(jīng)驗(yàn)推理指人們決策時(shí)容易根據(jù)相關(guān)事件的易獲得性做出判斷的規(guī)律或傾向。在語(yǔ)言使用中,我們把可及性經(jīng)驗(yàn)推理界定為人們根據(jù)個(gè)人相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的易提取性去理解話語(yǔ)的傾向,其中個(gè)人相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)包括個(gè)人生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)和語(yǔ)言經(jīng)驗(yàn)兩部分。據(jù)此,我們假設(shè)可及性經(jīng)驗(yàn)推理會(huì)干擾人們的話語(yǔ)理解,即人們傾向于根據(jù)個(gè)人經(jīng)驗(yàn)去理解話語(yǔ)。 運(yùn)用SPSS軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行的分析表明,人們理解話語(yǔ)的方式與自身經(jīng)驗(yàn)相一致。大多數(shù)情況下,人們?cè)谠捳Z(yǔ)理解時(shí)傾向于選擇與自身生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)相一致的理解方式,少數(shù)情況下人們會(huì)根據(jù)語(yǔ)言經(jīng)驗(yàn)理解話語(yǔ),即受到“連環(huán)效應(yīng)”的影響。因此,不同的人由于自身經(jīng)驗(yàn)的差異,會(huì)對(duì)同一話語(yǔ)產(chǎn)生不同的理解,進(jìn)而有可能在實(shí)際交際中引起誤解。 本研究有助于加深人們對(duì)自身作為語(yǔ)言使用者的認(rèn)識(shí),從而幫助人們更好地使用和理解語(yǔ)言。鑒于目前有關(guān)誤解現(xiàn)象的研究多以定性研究為主,本文從認(rèn)知心理角度對(duì)誤解進(jìn)行的實(shí)證性定量研究對(duì)現(xiàn)有研究起到了一定的補(bǔ)充和驗(yàn)證作用。
[Abstract]:Verbal communication is an important human activity, which plays a vital role in the survival and development of human beings. But language use can only promote communication between people and make mutual understanding possible. The reality of daily communication and previous studies on misunderstanding have proved that misunderstanding is not only widespread in communicative activities, but also inevitable. This paper attempts to explore the causes of misunderstanding from the perspective of cognitive psychology. Through the questionnaire survey, it is found that accessible empirical reasoning is one of the cognitive psychological sources of misunderstanding. Accessible empirical reasoning is the rule or tendency of people to make decisions based on the availability of relevant events. In language use, We define accessibility empirical reasoning as the tendency of people to understand discourse according to the abstractness of personal relevant experience, in which personal relevant experience includes two parts: personal life experience and language experience. We assume that accessible empirical reasoning interferes with people's discourse understanding, that is, people tend to interpret discourse according to their personal experience. The analysis of data using SPSS software shows that the way people understand discourse is consistent with their own experience. In most cases, people tend to choose a way of understanding which is consistent with their own life experience. In a few cases, people will understand words according to their language experience, that is, they will be influenced by "chain effect". Therefore, different people will have different understanding of the same discourse because of their own experience. This may lead to misunderstanding in practical communication. This study helps to deepen people's understanding of themselves as a language user, thus helping people to better use and understand language. From the perspective of cognitive psychology, the empirical quantitative research on misunderstanding has played a certain role in complementing and validating the existing research.
