大眾傳媒的興起與現(xiàn)代文學的發(fā)生

【摘要】: 近代大眾傳媒的興起打破了傳統(tǒng)的文學傳播體制,促進了新文學的萌芽。同時,在近代的社會政治條件下,大眾傳媒又帶來了新文學的政治化與商品化,造成了新文學審美價值的缺席(弱化)。 近代大眾傳媒的興起構(gòu)建了全新的文學傳播體制,對文學觀念與文學形態(tài)產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響。具體地說,它起碼促成或推進了以下變革:傳統(tǒng)文士向現(xiàn)代知識分子轉(zhuǎn)變,職業(yè)作家誕生;文學大眾化,市民讀者群形成;文學白話化,,舊文體向新文體轉(zhuǎn)變;文學內(nèi)容的現(xiàn)實性增強;文學傳播方式由載道向啟蒙轉(zhuǎn)變;文學批評公共空間開始形成。這些轉(zhuǎn)變雖然還不徹底,卻是傳統(tǒng)文學向現(xiàn)代文學轉(zhuǎn)型的契機。 不過,在當時的社會條件下,救亡圖存是大眾傳媒的神圣使命,文學的政治化傾向因此顯得相當突出;另一方面,由于大眾傳媒的產(chǎn)業(yè)化,新文學出現(xiàn)了嚴重的商品化傾向。這兩種傾向造成了新文學審美價值的缺席(弱化)。 大眾傳媒的興起與現(xiàn)代文學的發(fā)生之間的關(guān)系給了我們很多啟示,其中有兩點與現(xiàn)實聯(lián)系尤為緊密,頗足關(guān)注:其一是大眾傳媒與文學全球化的問題;其二是如何正確處理大眾傳媒與文學家(甚至人文知識分子)、文學(甚至學術(shù))的關(guān)系問題。本文認為,在當今這個媒體爆炸的時代,有必要樹立正確的媒體意識,擁抱媒體而不是一味地批判或逃避,只有這樣,才能使文學家(人文知識分子)與媒體和諧共處,使文學(學術(shù))走上健康發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:The rise of modern mass media broke the traditional system of literary communication and promoted the germination of new literature. At the same time, under the social and political conditions of modern times, mass media brought about the politicization and commercialization of new literature, which resulted in the absence (weakening) of aesthetic value of new literature. The rise of modern mass media constructs a new system of literary communication, which has a profound influence on literary ideas and forms. Specifically, it has at least promoted the following changes: the transformation of traditional literati to modern intellectuals, the birth of professional writers, the popularization of literature, the formation of the readership of citizens, the transformation of literary vernacular, and the transformation of old style to new style; The reality of literary content is enhanced, the mode of literary communication is changed from Tao to enlightenment, and the public space of literary criticism begins to form. These changes, though incomplete, are the turning point of the transformation from traditional literature to modern literature. However, under the social conditions at that time, saving the nation from death was the sacred mission of the mass media, so the politicization tendency of literature was quite prominent. On the other hand, due to the industrialization of mass media, the new literature had a serious tendency to commercialize. These two tendencies lead to the absence of aesthetic value of new literature. The relationship between the rise of mass media and the occurrence of modern literature has given us a lot of enlightenment, two of which are particularly closely related to reality, quite concerned about: first, the problem of mass media and literary globalization; The other is how to correctly deal with the relationship between mass media and writers (even humanities intellectuals, literature and even academics). This paper holds that in this era of media explosion, it is necessary to establish a correct media consciousness and embrace the media instead of blindly criticizing or escaping. Only in this way, can the writers (humanistic intellectuals) live in harmony with the media. Make literature (academic) on the road of healthy development.
