【摘要】：正創(chuàng)新問(wèn)題,是雜技界面臨的一個(gè)大課題。雖然近些年來(lái),雜技的演出市場(chǎng)不錯(cuò),觀眾比較歡迎,甚至演出收入也過(guò)得去,但創(chuàng)新依然是一個(gè)突出的問(wèn)題,因?yàn)橐l(fā)展就得創(chuàng)新,要開拓就得創(chuàng)新,未來(lái)是在創(chuàng)新中實(shí)現(xiàn)的。一、改變思想觀念是關(guān)鍵長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),我們認(rèn)為靠傳統(tǒng)節(jié)目就能打天下,就能讓觀眾喜歡,于是一些團(tuán)隊(duì)變來(lái)變?nèi)ゾ褪悄菐讉�(gè)傳統(tǒng)節(jié)目,缺乏創(chuàng)新或認(rèn)為創(chuàng)新太難而不去追求——形成了"維現(xiàn)"意識(shí)。尤其是作為一任領(lǐng)導(dǎo),只求其"穩(wěn)",就會(huì)忽略了
[Abstract]:The problem of positive innovation is a big subject that acrobatics industry faces.Although the market for acrobatics has been quite good in recent years, the audience is more popular, and even the performance income is acceptable, innovation is still a prominent problem, because if you want to develop, you have to innovate, and if you want to develop, you have to innovate.The future is realized in innovation.First, changing ideas is the key for a long time. We think that relying on traditional programs can win the world and make viewers like it. As a result, some teams have changed to and fro, that is, those traditional programs.Lack of innovation or thought that innovation is too difficult to pursue-the formation of a "reality" consciousness.Especially as a leader, if he only wants to be "stable", he will ignore it.
