作為一位當(dāng)代女性主義作家，安德魯·德沃金經(jīng)歷了自二十世紀(jì)七十年代以來(lái)女性主義的發(fā)展歷程。她著有許多女性主義小說(shuō)及雜文。在她的作品中，小說(shuō)《冰與火》具有極大的影響力。這篇小說(shuō)以自傳體形式充分表達(dá)了德沃金的女性主義思想。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)小說(shuō)《冰與火》的文本分析力圖證明德沃金意圖引領(lǐng)女性主義研究將其中心放在有關(guān)女性的個(gè)人及心理上的問(wèn)題上，并試圖引領(lǐng)女性主義研究接受心理研究可能是表現(xiàn)、揭示及有希望解決有關(guān)女性的問(wèn)題的一條非常重要的途徑這一觀點(diǎn)。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)文本的細(xì)節(jié)分析，展示出德沃金在其小說(shuō)《冰與火》中為女性主義理論發(fā)展所做出的成就，并且揭示出隱含在其小說(shuō)中的德沃金的理論與方法的局限性。
