文學(xué)中的犯罪和犯罪學(xué)

【摘要】：文學(xué)作品中的犯罪與犯罪學(xué)家對犯罪作為關(guān)注是一致的,他們也都注意到犯罪的心理活動。但一是藝術(shù),一為科學(xué),故其表現(xiàn)和研究的方法也不同,兩者對犯罪的觀念有相同處,也有相異處。文學(xué)和犯罪學(xué)都是社會文化發(fā)展不可缺少的部分,既是獨(dú)立科學(xué)又互相影響。
[Abstract]:Crime in literary works is consistent with the concern of criminologists, who also pay attention to the psychological activities of crime. But one is art and the other is science. Literature and criminology are both indispensable parts of the development of social culture, both independent science and mutual influence.
