【摘要】:《追風(fēng)箏的人》是阿富汗裔美籍作家卡勒德·胡塞尼的第一部小說(shuō),也是第一部阿富汗作家著成的英文小說(shuō),出版于2003年。該小說(shuō)從阿米爾的視角以第一人稱(chēng)講述了一個(gè)阿富汗人的精神救贖故事,同時(shí)講述了阿富汗的政治及社會(huì)動(dòng)蕩以及普什圖人對(duì)哈拉扎人的種族歧視。 目前國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)《追風(fēng)箏的人》的研究重點(diǎn)主要在于其政治文化、救贖主題、敘事技巧及風(fēng)箏意象等方面。風(fēng)箏作為貫穿《追風(fēng)箏的人》整部小說(shuō)的核心意象,不僅承載了豐富的文化或隱喻意義,同時(shí)還調(diào)動(dòng)沖突元素以強(qiáng)化沖突效果。有一些學(xué)者對(duì)風(fēng)箏意象進(jìn)行了分析和解讀,但都注重意象的含義本身,幾乎沒(méi)有人對(duì)風(fēng)箏意象及其意義的構(gòu)建過(guò)程進(jìn)行研究。而概念整合理論是以?思{和特納為代表的美國(guó)語(yǔ)言學(xué)家提出的一種認(rèn)知語(yǔ)言學(xué)理論,是用來(lái)研究意義構(gòu)建過(guò)程的理論框架。因此,本文試圖用概念整合理論來(lái)從認(rèn)知角度研究《追風(fēng)箏的人》中風(fēng)箏意象的構(gòu)建過(guò)程。 基于文本細(xì)讀和定性分析的研究方法,,本文用概念整合理論分別分析了風(fēng)箏意象對(duì)阿富汗民族、阿米爾和哈桑的隱喻義的構(gòu)建過(guò)程。對(duì)阿富汗而言,斗風(fēng)箏像一場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)并代表了整個(gè)阿富汗民族的勇敢和信心,因此風(fēng)箏對(duì)于小說(shuō)的背景及發(fā)展起到重要作用。對(duì)阿米爾而言,風(fēng)箏象征了他對(duì)父親欣賞和愛(ài)的渴望、對(duì)勇敢精神的追求、背叛童年伙伴后的逃離以及最后的成長(zhǎng)救贖。同時(shí),風(fēng)箏意象也象征了阿米爾和哈桑脆弱的友誼,這也是整個(gè)故事發(fā)展的潛在緣由。本文通過(guò)對(duì)風(fēng)箏意象的概念整合分析得出結(jié)論:風(fēng)箏意象貫穿小說(shuō)的始終,反映了主人公的心理情感和成長(zhǎng)歷程,風(fēng)箏意象的構(gòu)建過(guò)程對(duì)人物塑造和小說(shuō)的發(fā)展起到重要作用。
[Abstract]:The Kite Runner is the first Afghan American writer, Khaled Husseni, and the first Afghan writer to write an English novel. Published in 2003, the novel tells the story of the spiritual redemption of an Afghan in the first person from Amir's perspective, as well as the political and social unrest in Afghanistan and the racial discrimination of the Pashtun against the Harazis. At present, domestic and foreign researches on Kite pursuers are mainly focused on their political culture, redemption theme, narrative techniques and kite image, etc. Kite is the core image of the whole novel. It not only carries rich cultural or metaphorical meanings, but also mobilizes conflict elements to strengthen the conflict effect. Some scholars have analyzed and interpreted the kite image, but they all pay attention to the meaning of the image itself. Almost no one has studied the construction process of kite image and its meaning, and conceptual integration theory is a cognitive linguistic theory proposed by American linguists represented by Faulkner and Turner. Therefore, this paper attempts to use conceptual integration theory to study the construction process of kite image from the perspective of cognition. Based on the research methods of text reading and qualitative analysis, this paper uses conceptual integration theory to analyze the process of constructing the metaphorical meaning of the kite image to the Afghan nation, Amir and Hassan, respectively. Fighting kites is like a war and represents the bravery and confidence of the entire Afghan nation, so kites play an important role in the context and development of the novel. For Amir, the kite symbolizes his desire for his father's appreciation and love. The pursuit of bravery, the escape from betrayal of a childhood partner, and the ultimate redemption of growth. At the same time, the kite image symbolizes Amir and Hassan's fragile friendship. This is also the potential reason for the development of the whole story. Through the analysis of the concept integration of kite image, this paper draws a conclusion that kite image runs through the novel and reflects the protagonist's psychological emotion and growing process. The construction process of kite image plays an important role in the creation of characters and the development of novels.
