【摘要】：本翻譯報告選用的文本是美國著名好萊塢演員坎迪·伯根的暢銷回憶錄《祈求好運》,該書回憶了坎迪的童年和早期生活的故事,以及她父母(尤其是作為美國著名腹語專家的父親)對她的影響和愛之深切。在此期間,她不斷成長、成熟,越來越獨立。在論文導師的指導下,此次翻譯任務由作者獨立完成。翻譯報告由四部分組成:任務描述、過程描述、案例分析和結(jié)論。本報告試圖從紐馬克的語義翻譯和交際翻譯理論出發(fā),以《祈求好運》這部回憶錄為例,分析譯者的翻譯實踐并以此探討文學傳記的翻譯策略。在本次翻譯報告中,針對該傳記的描述性語句和長句多的文體特點,譯者討論和分析了如何采用適當?shù)姆g策略。同時也要注意在翻譯過程中,為了達到更好的譯文效果,譯者不僅要傳達出原文的完整意義,還應盡量與原作者的寫作風格保持一致。
