主位推進理論視角下議論性散文的英譯研究

主位推進是實現(xiàn)語篇銜接與語義連貫的重要方法,體現(xiàn)了語篇信息的組織結構與發(fā)展方向。很多學者基于主位推進理論進行了一系列的翻譯研究。然而,以往的研究多集中于新聞報道、科技文本、政治報告等應用文本,涉及文學文本的研究較少,散文則更不多見。散文是一種文學體裁,中文散文最顯著的特點是形散神聚,這一特點使其英譯更加復雜。因此研究中文散文的主位推進模式有助于譯者更深入地剖析其原文的行文結構、全面理解譯文,從而更有效地生成譯文。本研究以10篇中文議論性散文及其英譯譯文為語料,以小句為單位對比分析它們的主位推進模式,探究他們在主位推進模式上的異同,進而指出主位推進理論對議論性散文英譯的啟示。具體的研究問題如下:1.中文議論性散文及其英譯文本的主位推進模式有何特點?2.英譯議論性散文時應采取什么翻譯方法?為什么?本研究所選擇的10篇中文議論性散文均為歷屆韓素音翻譯競賽漢譯英部分的原文,英譯版本為韓素音翻譯競賽組委會給出的刊登于當年第6期《中國翻譯》上的官方參考譯文。本文的主要研究結果如下:議論性散文主要使用平行型主位推進模式,不相關模式次之。其英譯文本則主要使用延續(xù)型以及集中型模式,平行型與不相關模式的數(shù)量...
