勒菲弗爾意識(shí)形態(tài)操控理論視角下韓侍桁漢譯《紅字》研究

韓侍桁是我國著名的現(xiàn)代作家、文學(xué)翻譯家。韓侍桁共出版了6部著作,包括《胭脂》、《參差集》等,其翻譯作品多達(dá)30多部,且涉及多種語言,包括英漢、日漢、俄漢等翻譯。他翻譯的美國十九世紀(jì)著名作家霍桑的《紅字》是該小說最早的中譯本之一。本文以勒菲弗爾的翻譯操控理論為主要理論框架,從意識(shí)形態(tài)操控理論視角對(duì)韓侍桁的三個(gè)譯本進(jìn)行研究。韓侍桁的這三個(gè)譯本分別出版于1948年,1954年和1981年。20世紀(jì)80年代的“文化轉(zhuǎn)向”倡導(dǎo)從更廣闊文化層面來關(guān)注進(jìn)行翻譯,更加注重翻譯與其外部世界的關(guān)系的探討。翻譯操控學(xué)派的代表人物之一,安德烈·勒菲弗爾,在他的著作《翻譯、改寫以及對(duì)文學(xué)名聲的控制》中認(rèn)為,翻譯就是一種改寫,一種操控,這種操控主要受到三方面的因素控制:意識(shí)形態(tài)、詩學(xué)形態(tài)和贊助人,而其中的意識(shí)形態(tài)是最重要的操控要素。本文正是聚焦意識(shí)形態(tài)對(duì)韓侍桁漢譯《紅字》的影響。本文首先介紹并梳理《紅字》在國內(nèi)的漢譯本及研究現(xiàn)狀,然后對(duì)勒菲弗爾操控理論進(jìn)行了介紹,著重闡釋其中的意識(shí)操控,陳述了翻譯與社會(huì)意識(shí)形態(tài)和個(gè)人意識(shí)形態(tài)之間的關(guān)系。通過對(duì)韓侍桁三個(gè)譯本所處的時(shí)期的主流社會(huì)意識(shí)形態(tài)和當(dāng)時(shí)的譯者的個(gè)人意識(shí)形態(tài)的梳...
