【摘要】：教師職業(yè)技能訓(xùn)練作為高師美術(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)教育實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié),既是區(qū)別美術(shù)藝術(shù)院校的特色課程,也是培養(yǎng)基礎(chǔ)教育教師入職前的職業(yè)性教育活動(dòng),該訓(xùn)練通過有計(jì)劃的教育活動(dòng),引導(dǎo)美術(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生將所學(xué)的知識(shí)技能運(yùn)用到實(shí)際教學(xué)中,減少他們到工作崗位的磨合時(shí)間,盡早進(jìn)入教師角色。
[Abstract]:Teachers' vocational skill training, as a practical link of fine arts education in normal universities, is not only a distinctive course to distinguish art and art institutions, but also a vocational education activity to train teachers of basic education before entering the profession. This training is carried out through planned educational activities. To guide the students of fine arts to apply their knowledge and skills to practical teaching, to reduce their running-in time to work, and to enter the role of teachers as soon as possible.
