中職藝校學(xué)生自主管理能力提升

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,我國中職藝校學(xué)生在自我指導(dǎo)能力、自我約束能力、自我監(jiān)控能力等方面存在諸多問題,導(dǎo)致學(xué)生在一定程度上出現(xiàn)知行脫節(jié),自律性較差等現(xiàn)象。造成這些問題的原因是多方面的,既有學(xué)校對藝術(shù)類學(xué)生自主管理制度建立不健全的原因,有也藝術(shù)類學(xué)生個性性格以及學(xué)生家庭自主管理引導(dǎo)缺失等原因。因此,要提升中職藝術(shù)學(xué)校學(xué)生的自主管理能力,需要學(xué)校、學(xué)生自身以及家長的積極配合,學(xué)校要堅持人的主體性原則,完善學(xué)校自主管理制度等;學(xué)生自身要堅持個人的全面發(fā)展來提高自我指導(dǎo)能力等;家長也要以身作則,給孩子樹立榜樣。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many problems in the ability of self-guidance, self-restraint, self-monitoring and so on, which leads to the phenomenon of disjointed knowledge and behavior, poor self-discipline and so on. There are many reasons for these problems, not only because the school does not set up the independent management system of art students, but also because of the personality of the art students and the lack of the guidance of the students' family autonomy management and so on. Therefore, in order to improve the students' ability of autonomous management, we need the active cooperation of the school, the students themselves and their parents, and the school should adhere to the principle of human subjectivity and improve the school's independent management system. Students themselves should adhere to their overall personal development to improve their ability to guide themselves, and parents should set an example for their children.
