【摘要】：本篇翻譯項(xiàng)目報(bào)告是一篇英譯漢項(xiàng)目報(bào)告,翻譯對(duì)象為美國(guó)當(dāng)代浪漫主義女作家莎倫·薩拉(Sharon Sala)的《當(dāng)你呼喚我的名字》(When You Call My Name)第七章至第九章,主要內(nèi)容為男主人公再次解救了女主人公,一系列的變故讓兩人感情升溫,以及兩人去養(yǎng)老院看望女主人公的奶奶。譯者希望通過(guò)此次翻譯實(shí)踐,在提升自己翻譯技能的同時(shí),也能適當(dāng)了解美國(guó)當(dāng)代浪漫主義。本次翻譯難點(diǎn)是文中對(duì)話較多,在翻譯時(shí)要根據(jù)不同人物的性格特點(diǎn)以及上下文來(lái)確定翻譯基調(diào)。此外,文中也有很多關(guān)于場(chǎng)景的細(xì)節(jié)描寫(xiě),這也就要求譯者具備一定的翻譯技巧和翻譯策略。結(jié)合原文語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn)以及文體風(fēng)格,譯者選擇"翻譯目的論",即目的原則、連貫原則和忠實(shí)原則作為此次翻譯實(shí)踐的理論指導(dǎo),并結(jié)合具體情況綜合運(yùn)用如增減譯法、拆句法以及重組法等翻譯策略來(lái)解決翻譯中所遇到的重難點(diǎn),力求譯出既符合原文意義又符合中文表達(dá)習(xí)慣的譯文。此次翻譯實(shí)踐利用"翻譯目的論"這一理論來(lái)完善論文實(shí)踐翻譯。通過(guò)此次翻譯實(shí)踐以及撰寫(xiě)翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告,譯者明白了在整個(gè)翻譯過(guò)程中,合適的理論指導(dǎo)、過(guò)硬的中英文能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神以及譯者自身的耐力、堅(jiān)持都是不可或缺的。
[Abstract]:This translated project report is a English-to-Chinese project report. "when You Call my name" by Sharon Sala, a contemporary American romantic writer. Chapters 7th to 9th. The main content is that the hero has rescued the heroine again, a series of incidents have warmed their feelings, and they have gone to the nursing home to visit the heroine's grandmother. The translator hopes to pass this translation practice. While improving his translation skills, he can also understand American contemporary romanticism properly. The difficulty of this translation is that there is more dialogue in the text. In translation, the tone of translation should be determined according to the characteristics and context of different characters. In addition, there are many detailed descriptions of the scene in the text. This also requires the translator to have certain translation skills and translation strategies. According to the characteristics of the source language and stylistic style, the translator chooses the Skopos Theory, which is the Skopos principle. The principles of coherence and faithfulness are used as the theoretical guidance of this translation practice, and the translation strategies such as addition and subtraction, syntactic disassembly and recombination are used to solve the important and difficult problems in translation. Strive to translate a translation that conforms to both the meaning of the original text and the customs of Chinese expression. This theory is used to perfect the practical translation of the thesis. Through this translation practice and writing the translation practice report. The translator understands that proper theoretical guidance, excellent English and Chinese skills, teamwork and the translator's own endurance are essential in the whole process of translation.
