【摘要】： 中等職業(yè)教育體系結(jié)構(gòu)是一個(gè)國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的有機(jī)組成部分。近年來(lái)我國(guó)提出大力發(fā)展中等職業(yè)教育,就是根據(jù)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的需求,積極調(diào)整中等教育體系結(jié)構(gòu)的戰(zhàn)略性舉措。中等職業(yè)教育體系結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展對(duì)大規(guī)模造就中等應(yīng)用型技術(shù)人才,優(yōu)化人才結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)人才的合理分布,推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)發(fā)展具有重大的意義。我國(guó)已加入WTO,西部大開(kāi)發(fā)戰(zhàn)略也已實(shí)施,這將對(duì)于我市進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大改革開(kāi)放、推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,帶來(lái)了機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。中等職業(yè)教育擔(dān)負(fù)著培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者的歷史重任,具有重要的戰(zhàn)略地位和不可替代性。在現(xiàn)今經(jīng)濟(jì)高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的前提下,藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)業(yè)快速發(fā)展,在強(qiáng)大的行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)下提出了新的挑戰(zhàn),這不僅要求我們要加強(qiáng)藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的創(chuàng)意思維,還要提高設(shè)計(jì)的快速操作能力。近些年來(lái),市場(chǎng)上各類(lèi)藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)公司應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,從業(yè)的機(jī)會(huì)也相當(dāng)多,我市的中等職業(yè)藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)校也培養(yǎng)出了很多畢業(yè)生,但是近年來(lái)還是存在著學(xué)生就業(yè)難,企業(yè)不滿意的問(wèn)題,使中職藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)教育陷入困境,達(dá)不到為市場(chǎng)培養(yǎng)中等技術(shù)人才的目的。本文將對(duì)呼和浩特市開(kāi)設(shè)藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)專(zhuān)業(yè)的中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的現(xiàn)狀展開(kāi)分析研究,采用文獻(xiàn)資料分析法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法及訪談法進(jìn)行一系列的研究分析,試圖通過(guò)此項(xiàng)研究能全面展示出中職藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)教育的各個(gè)層面,并能剖析出其隱于表面現(xiàn)象中的實(shí)質(zhì)原因。這將對(duì)呼市開(kāi)設(shè)藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)專(zhuān)業(yè)的中等職業(yè)學(xué)校有深遠(yuǎn)的意義,也能夠更好的推動(dòng)呼市中等職業(yè)藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)教育的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The secondary occupation education system structure is an important part of a national development strategy. In recent years, our country puts forward to develop secondary occupation education, according to China's economic structure adjustment needs, strategic measures to actively adjust the secondary education system structure. The secondary occupation education system structure development to create large-scale medium application technology talents, optimization the personnel structure, promote the rational distribution of human resources, is of great significance to promote economic and social development. China has joined the WTO, the western development strategy has also been implemented, this will be for our city to further expand the reform and opening up, promote economic and social development, opportunities and challenges. The secondary occupation education undertakes the historical responsibility of cultivating high-quality workers, has an important strategic position and irreplaceable. In nowadays economy high-speed operation premise, art design industry rapid development, in the strong The big competition in the industry has brought new challenges, which not only requires us to strengthen the artistic design of creative thinking, but also improve the design the fast operation ability. In recent years, the market of various art design company came into being, employment opportunities can be considerable, my city medium occupation school of art design has produced many graduates. But in recent years there are still students difficult employment, companies are not satisfied with the problem of the vocational art and design education in trouble, not up to the culture medium and technical personnel for the purpose of the market. This paper will analyze the research status open the artistic design specialized secondary occupation school in Hohhot City, through literature analysis, questionnaire survey method interviews and a series of analysis and research, through this study can fully demonstrate the various levels of Vocational Art and design education, and can analyze the The causes of the phenomenon of hidden in the surface of Hohhot. This will open the artistic design specialized secondary occupation school is of great significance, but also to better promote the development of Hohhot secondary occupation education of art and design.
