【摘要】：本翻譯報(bào)告的研究對(duì)象是愛(ài)爾蘭作家——約翰·麥加恩的《回憶錄》�！痘貞涗洝分兄饕宋镏痪褪躯溂佣鞯母赣H。父親處于中年時(shí)期和老年時(shí)期性格特征的變化是本回憶錄的特色之一,而父親的性格特征轉(zhuǎn)變從麥加恩描寫(xiě)性語(yǔ)言的變化中得以展現(xiàn)。本篇翻譯報(bào)告以尤金·A·奈達(dá)(Eugene A. Nida)的功能對(duì)等理論為基礎(chǔ),探討如何從詞匯層面和句子層面翻譯麥加恩描寫(xiě)性語(yǔ)言。 本篇報(bào)告由五部分組成,第一、翻譯項(xiàng)目介紹,包括翻譯項(xiàng)目的背景、意義以及原作背景介紹,包括作者介紹、小說(shuō)主要內(nèi)容介紹以及父親不同時(shí)期作者語(yǔ)言特色的變化。第二、譯前準(zhǔn)備,主要包括長(zhǎng)期準(zhǔn)備和短期準(zhǔn)備。第三、主要介紹指導(dǎo)本篇翻譯實(shí)踐的翻譯理論——功能對(duì)等理論。第四、案例分析,主要從詞匯層面和句子層面來(lái)探討如何翻譯出父親處于不同時(shí)期作者語(yǔ)言特色的變化。最后,總結(jié)此次翻譯中發(fā)現(xiàn)的種種不足和心得體會(huì)。
