【摘要】：擺手舞是國(guó)家級(jí)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn),是土家族民族文化的精髓,也是土家族有別于其它族的依據(jù)。隨著生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代生活文化對(duì)擺手舞不斷產(chǎn)生影響,擺手舞已處于瀕危的狀態(tài)。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、實(shí)地考察法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法對(duì)恩施州土家族擺手舞的開展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,得出以下結(jié)論： (1)擺手舞沒(méi)有得到很好的開展,主要原因是相關(guān)部門不重視、缺乏時(shí)代感、欠缺科學(xué)性和規(guī)范性。歸因分析中所占比例分別為：78%、16%、6%。 (2)通過(guò)對(duì)高校以及中小學(xué)擺手舞開展現(xiàn)狀分析可知：恩施州中小學(xué)開展擺手舞的主要縣市有4個(gè),而高校沒(méi)有將擺手舞納入教學(xué)計(jì)劃,致使擺手舞的推廣力度不夠。 (3)對(duì)政府相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人和地方擺手舞傳承人訪談發(fā)現(xiàn)：傳承人出現(xiàn)斷層,擺手舞傳承資金來(lái)源單一且匱乏、地方政府對(duì)傳承人的扶持力度不夠。 (4)旅游景點(diǎn)開展擺手舞的地方只有2個(gè),對(duì)參與群體的調(diào)查分析發(fā)現(xiàn)男性游客略高于女性游客；而在眾多的體育項(xiàng)目中最能吸引游客的是擺手舞,占43%。 (5)城區(qū)參與擺手舞人群主要是中、老年人,他們的年齡主要集中在50到65歲之間,年輕人參與比較少。具有很好的群眾基礎(chǔ),但沒(méi)有形成具體的推廣模式和一定影響力的品牌賽事或活動(dòng)。 (6)針對(duì)擺手舞開展存在的問(wèn)題,應(yīng)用營(yíng)銷學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)等多學(xué)科理論與知識(shí)的指導(dǎo),提出了恩施州土家族擺手舞的推廣策略：政府主導(dǎo)的推廣策略；教學(xué)推廣策略；競(jìng)賽推廣策略；表演推廣策略；大眾媒體宣傳策略；贊助策略。建議：(1)在城區(qū),應(yīng)加強(qiáng)政府的主導(dǎo)作用,在制定、出臺(tái)保護(hù)和傳承擺手舞相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)的同時(shí),利用社會(huì)各界的力量引入資金,加大對(duì)擺手舞傳承的資金投入,設(shè)立土家族傳統(tǒng)體育俱樂(lè)部,建設(shè)主題公園,加強(qiáng)節(jié)日活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指導(dǎo),組織更多的擺手舞比賽,推選擺手舞明星。 (2)在農(nóng)村,各界媒體應(yīng)加大對(duì)恩施州土家族擺手舞的宣傳,拓寬多種媒體渠道讓更多的人了解擺手舞,并參與到擺手舞活動(dòng)中。 (3)在學(xué)校,應(yīng)創(chuàng)造條件將擺手舞納入課程方案,制定教學(xué)大綱,在學(xué)校擴(kuò)大擺手舞的影響力。高校應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)擺手舞的研究和發(fā)展工作,讓更多的科技人才加入到傳承和發(fā)展擺手舞,培養(yǎng)專業(yè)的擺手舞社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員。 (4)在旅游景區(qū),應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)恩施州民族特色和地域特點(diǎn)宣傳的力度,促進(jìn)商品銷售、推出旅游景點(diǎn)活動(dòng)體驗(yàn),讓更多的游客感受到土家族的文化。
[Abstract]:Waving dance is the national intangible cultural heritage, the essence of Tujia nationality culture, and the basis for Tujia nationality to be different from other ethnic groups. With the development of productive forces, modern life culture has a constant impact on the waving dance, which is in an endangered state. In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, field investigation, mathematical statistics are used to study the present situation of Enshi Tujia hand dance, and the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the hand dance has not been carried out well. The main reason is that the relevant departments do not pay attention to, lack of sense of the times, lack of scientific and normative. The proportion of attribution analysis were 78 and 16, respectively. (2) through the analysis of the present situation of waving dance in colleges and middle schools, we can know that there are 4 major counties and cities in Enshi prefecture, but the university does not bring the waving dance into the teaching plan, which results in the insufficient popularization of the hand dance. (3) the interviews with the relevant government officials and the local inheritors found that: the inheritor appeared a fault, the fund source of the hand dance inheritance was single and scarce, and the local government did not support the inheritor sufficiently. (4) there are only 2 places where the swinging dance is carried out in the tourist attractions. The investigation and analysis of the participating groups show that the male tourists are slightly higher than the female tourists, while among the many sports events, the most attractive one is the waving dance, accounting for 43%. (5) the middle and old people are mainly involved in hand dance in urban area, their ages are mainly between 50 and 65 years old, and the young people participate less. Has a good mass base, but has not formed the concrete promotion pattern and the certain influence brand competition or the activity. (6) aiming at the problems existing in the development of hand dance, applying the guidance of marketing, sociology and other multi-disciplinary theories and knowledge, this paper puts forward the popularizing strategies of Enshi Tujia dance: the government-led promotion strategy, the teaching promotion strategy, and so on. Competition promotion strategy; performance promotion strategy; mass media promotion strategy; sponsorship strategy. Recommendations: (1) in the urban areas, the leading role of the government should be strengthened. While formulating, introducing laws and regulations related to the protection and inheritance of the hand dance, we should use the strength of all sectors of society to introduce funds and increase the investment in the inheritance of the hand dance. Set up Tujia traditional sports club, construct theme park, strengthen the on-site instruction of festival activities, organize more waving dance competitions, and select dancing stars. (2) in rural areas, the media from all walks of life should increase the publicity of Tujia dance in Enshi Prefecture, widen various media channels so that more people can understand the waving dance and participate in the waving dance activities. (3) in school, the conditions should be created to incorporate the swing dance into the curriculum, to develop the syllabus, and to expand the influence of the hand dance in the school. Colleges and universities should strengthen the research and development of the hand dance, let more scientific and technological talents join in the inheritance and development of the hand dance, and train professional social sports instructors of the hand dance. (4) in the scenic spots, we should strengthen the propaganda of the national and regional characteristics of Enshi Prefecture, promote the sale of commodities, promote the activity experience of tourist attractions, and let more tourists feel the Tujia culture.
