【摘要】：舞蹈編導(dǎo)專業(yè),是舞蹈高等教育領(lǐng)域中最為綜合、全面的專業(yè)之一。一名優(yōu)秀的舞蹈編導(dǎo),不僅需要精通舞蹈編導(dǎo)專業(yè)的理論知識和技術(shù)方法,還需掌握如舞蹈表演、舞蹈教育、文學(xué)等其他專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的知識與技能。舞蹈編導(dǎo)專業(yè)最初在我國并沒有作為一個單獨(dú)的學(xué)科而存在,直到20世紀(jì)80年代,舞蹈高等教育的編導(dǎo)專業(yè)才在北京舞蹈學(xué)院率先建立起來。在我國開設(shè)舞蹈編導(dǎo)專業(yè)的一流高校中,北京舞蹈學(xué)院無疑是其中的翹楚,該專業(yè)不僅是國家級及北京市特色專業(yè),其培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)模式等方面更是在全國具有著示范性的作用。故此,本文在對江蘇高校舞蹈編導(dǎo)專業(yè)進(jìn)行研究之前,先對北京舞蹈學(xué)院舞蹈編導(dǎo)專業(yè)的師資力量、課程設(shè)置、專業(yè)定位、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了分析研究,然后帶入到省內(nèi)三所不同類型高校中進(jìn)行對應(yīng)分析,與此同時,再將編導(dǎo)專業(yè)融合于江蘇經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、教育的大背景下,探索舞蹈編導(dǎo)專業(yè)與江蘇地域優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)的最大可能,從而嘗試著為舞蹈編導(dǎo)專業(yè)辦學(xué)的改進(jìn)提供一定的理論參考,并借此來引起更多專家學(xué)者對“江蘇高校舞蹈編導(dǎo)專業(yè)”的關(guān)注。本文共由四個部分組成。第一章是緒論,包含選題緣起、文獻(xiàn)綜述、選題意義與創(chuàng)新之處、論文主要內(nèi)容與研究方法。第二章以江蘇高校舞蹈編導(dǎo)專業(yè)分布情況為切入點(diǎn),分析出省內(nèi)眾多高校對舞蹈編導(dǎo)專業(yè)趨之若鶩的緣由,并對其代表性高校的培養(yǎng)特征進(jìn)行了論述,分析、整理出江蘇高校舞蹈編導(dǎo)專業(yè)的概況。第三章主要從課程設(shè)置、師資隊伍、教學(xué)布局、學(xué)生就業(yè)等方面對江南大學(xué)、南京藝術(shù)學(xué)院、江蘇師范大學(xué)這三所不同辦學(xué)背景的代表性高校進(jìn)行問題調(diào)查,并對江蘇高校舞蹈編導(dǎo)專業(yè)的辦學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了客觀理性地總結(jié)分析。第四章針對江蘇高校舞蹈編導(dǎo)專業(yè)的現(xiàn)存問題,提出了本論文在課程設(shè)置與師資建設(shè),以及學(xué)生就業(yè)方面的思考,為江蘇高校舞蹈編導(dǎo)專業(yè)的辦學(xué),以及江蘇舞蹈編導(dǎo)人才的培養(yǎng)提供部分可行性意見。
[Abstract]:Dance choreographer is one of the most comprehensive and comprehensive majors in dance higher education. An excellent choreographer not only needs to master the theoretical and technical knowledge of the choreographer, but also needs to master the knowledge and skills in other professional fields such as dance performance, dance education, literature and so on. Dance choreographer did not exist as a separate subject in China at first until 1980s the choreographer of dance higher education was first established in Beijing Dance Academy. The Beijing Dance Academy is undoubtedly one of the leading universities in China to set up a choreographer major, which is not only a national and Beijing specialty, but also a training goal. The teaching mode and so on has the demonstration function in the whole country. Therefore, before the study of dance choreographer major in Jiangsu University, this paper analyzes and studies the teaching staff, curriculum design, professional orientation and training objectives of dance choreographer major in Beijing Dance Academy. Then it is brought into three different types of colleges and universities in the province for corresponding analysis. At the same time, under the background of integrating the choreographer specialty into Jiangsu economy, culture and education, it explores the maximum possibility of complementing the regional advantages of dance choreographer and Jiangsu. Therefore, this paper tries to provide some theoretical reference for the improvement of dance choreography specialty, and thus to attract more experts and scholars to pay attention to "dance choreographer specialty in Jiangsu university". This paper consists of four parts. The first chapter is the introduction, including the origin of the topic, literature review, the significance and innovation of the topic, the main content and research methods. The second chapter takes the distribution of dance choreographers in Jiangsu universities as the breakthrough point, analyzes the reasons why many universities in the province are flocking to dance choreographers, and discusses the training characteristics of their representative colleges and universities. Collate the general situation of dance choreographer major in Jiangsu colleges and universities. The third chapter mainly investigates the problems of three representative universities, including Jiangnan University, Nanjing College of Art and Jiangsu normal University, from the aspects of curriculum, teaching staff, teaching layout and students' employment. And the author summarized and analyzed the current situation of dance choreographer in Jiangsu University objectively and rationally. In the fourth chapter, aiming at the existing problems of dance choreographer in Jiangsu universities, the author puts forward some thoughts on curriculum design and teachers' construction, as well as the students' employment in order to run a school for the dance choreographer major in Jiangsu colleges and universities. As well as Jiangsu dance choreographer personnel training to provide some feasible advice.
