論社會(huì)少兒舞蹈訓(xùn)練的科學(xué)性

【摘要】:隨著中國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展和人民生活水平的日益提高,作為家長對孩子培養(yǎng)的投入越來越重視,需求也越來越突出,產(chǎn)生的少兒舞蹈培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)越來越廣泛,越來越普遍。這無疑對少兒的健康成長和綜合素質(zhì)的提升起到了積極的推動(dòng)作用。但是,由此也帶來一些負(fù)面問題,由于培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的林林總總、良莠不齊,在舞蹈訓(xùn)練中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷,對于相當(dāng)一部分少兒來說,不但沒有達(dá)到健康成長的目的,相反對他們的成長帶來一定的傷害!吧鐣(huì)少兒舞蹈科學(xué)訓(xùn)練及預(yù)防少兒舞蹈訓(xùn)練運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷”研究的目的在于,面對紛亂混雜的少兒舞蹈訓(xùn)練現(xiàn)狀,從理論上引起相關(guān)領(lǐng)域從業(yè)人員的關(guān)注,并引起相關(guān)人士的重視,且通過具體可行的正確方法,在實(shí)踐中糾正錯(cuò)誤意識(shí)與做法,達(dá)到科學(xué)可行的訓(xùn)練目的。本論文以少兒舞蹈訓(xùn)練的科學(xué)性---預(yù)防少兒舞蹈訓(xùn)練運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷為切入點(diǎn),以少兒舞蹈訓(xùn)練這個(gè)群體為課題對象,就如何預(yù)防舞蹈訓(xùn)練運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷為主要研究解決方向。采取了文獻(xiàn)綜述法、跨學(xué)科研究法和實(shí)地考察法三種途徑,對在少兒舞蹈訓(xùn)練中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷,就如何預(yù)防和解決這一重點(diǎn)問題進(jìn)行積極的思考、研究和探索。本論文從邏輯性、系統(tǒng)性、學(xué)理性出發(fā),分五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了梳理、分析、研究和構(gòu)建。第一章在引言中明確了選題的學(xué)術(shù)背景和研究意義以及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。第二章分析了我國少兒舞蹈訓(xùn)練的客觀現(xiàn)狀。第三章分析了我國少兒舞蹈訓(xùn)練現(xiàn)狀存在的弊端問題。第四章提出了少兒舞蹈科學(xué)訓(xùn)練的必要性與應(yīng)用價(jià)值。第五章提出了預(yù)防解決少兒舞蹈訓(xùn)練損傷的辦法與對策。最后以結(jié)論的方式對全文的意義價(jià)值進(jìn)行了概括與總結(jié)?茖W(xué)的少兒舞蹈訓(xùn)練可以促進(jìn)少兒的生理健康,可以促進(jìn)少兒的心理發(fā)展,可以促進(jìn)少兒身心素質(zhì)的綜合提升。不科學(xué)的訓(xùn)練可能導(dǎo)致少兒骨與關(guān)節(jié)損傷、肌肉組織損傷等。希望相關(guān)的培訓(xùn)教師牢固樹立科學(xué)的思想觀念、掌握科學(xué)的訓(xùn)練方法、防范舞蹈訓(xùn)練損傷問題的發(fā)生,通過合理設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)規(guī)劃、合理選用教學(xué)內(nèi)容、合理運(yùn)用教學(xué)方法等途徑以達(dá)到少兒舞蹈訓(xùn)練科學(xué)化的目的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's social economy and the increasing living standards of the people, the input of parents to the training of children is becoming more and more important, and the demand for children is becoming more and more prominent. The production of children's dance training institutions are becoming more and more widespread and more common. This undoubtedly promotes the healthy growth of children and the promotion of comprehensive quality. But, it also brings some negative problems, because the training institutions have a lot of good and bad, there are frequent sports injuries in the dance training. For a certain part of children, not only do not achieve the goal of healthy growth, but also do harm to their growth zone. "Social children dance science training and preconditioning. The purpose of the study is to study the current situation of the mixed and mixed children's dance training, which has aroused the attention of the practitioners in the related fields in theory, and aroused the attention of the relevant people, and the correct and correct methods are used to correct the mistake consciousness and practice in practice so as to achieve the scientific and feasible training purpose. In this paper, the scientific nature of children's dance training - prevention of children's dance training and sports injury as a breakthrough point, taking children's dance training as the subject, the main research direction on how to prevent the dance training and sports injury is the main research direction. The literature review method, the cross study method and the field investigation method are adopted in three ways, to the children dance. There are five aspects in this thesis, which are logical, systematic, and rational. The first chapter clarifies the academic background, research significance and country of the topic in the introduction. The second chapter analyzes the objective status of the children's dance training in our country. The third chapter analyzes the problems in the current situation of the training of children's dance in our country. The fourth chapter puts forward the necessity and application value of the scientific training of children's dance. The fifth chapter puts forward the measures and Countermeasures to prevent and solve the injuries of children's dance training. The conclusion is a summary and summary of the significance of the full text. Scientific children's dance training can promote the physical health of children, promote the psychological development of children and promote the comprehensive promotion of children's physical and mental quality. Unscientific training may lead to the injury of children's bones and joints and muscle tissue damage. Training teachers firmly establish scientific ideas, grasp the scientific training methods, prevent the occurrence of dance training injury problems, through rational design of teaching planning, rational selection of teaching content, rational use of teaching methods and other ways to achieve the scientific goal of children's dance training.
