【摘要】：體育舞蹈在我國發(fā)展至今已歷經(jīng)三十多年，無論是選手的技術(shù)水平還是發(fā)展規(guī)模都取得了巨大的發(fā)展，越來越多的優(yōu)秀選手在國際賽事中嶄露頭角，不斷進(jìn)步.在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)的北京、上海、廣州、深圳等地，體育舞蹈發(fā)展的更是如火如荼，與之相關(guān)的行業(yè)形成了產(chǎn)業(yè)化的運(yùn)作模式，組成了較為完善的產(chǎn)業(yè)間鏈型合作機(jī)制，良好的促進(jìn)了當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。山東省是我國人口大省、體育大省，對于體育舞蹈的發(fā)展來說，無論是地理位置、社會環(huán)境等都具有非常多的可利用資源，然而對優(yōu)勢資源利用不充分、配置不合理，發(fā)展模式單一，沒有形成產(chǎn)業(yè)化、市場化運(yùn)作等問題顯著，以至于在全國體育舞蹈錦標(biāo)賽這類高水平的比賽中，很少有山東省體育舞蹈選手能夠取得理想成績，山東省體育舞蹈的整體競技水平較為落后。 本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、實(shí)證調(diào)查法、比較法、定量分析與定性分析相結(jié)合的研究方法，對山東省體育舞蹈發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢資源和整合現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，并對影響山東省體育舞蹈資源整合的主要因素進(jìn)行歸納梳理，進(jìn)而得出實(shí)現(xiàn)山東省體育舞蹈資源合理整合的有效途徑。 研究得出： 1.山東省擁有諸多資源優(yōu)勢，但是體育舞蹈發(fā)展較為落后，在當(dāng)前體育舞蹈產(chǎn)業(yè)化、市場化的大趨勢下，我省體育舞蹈發(fā)展模式較為單一，相互間缺少交流合作，產(chǎn)業(yè)化程度不高，市場化進(jìn)程緩慢。 2.要想加快我省體育舞蹈的發(fā)展，必須實(shí)現(xiàn)體育舞蹈資源整合，在資源整合的過程中要健全和完善相應(yīng)機(jī)構(gòu)和體制，使各部門分工明確，實(shí)現(xiàn)我省體育舞蹈資源的靈活配置和有效利用。 3.加強(qiáng)我省政府部門的支持力度和宏觀調(diào)控，完善山東省體育舞蹈行業(yè)協(xié)會的各項(xiàng)制度，為我省體育舞蹈人才培養(yǎng)和資源配置營造規(guī)范有序的發(fā)展環(huán)境，是進(jìn)行體育舞蹈資源整合的必要保障和前提。 4.根據(jù)體育舞蹈專業(yè)特點(diǎn)，加快體育舞蹈項(xiàng)目基地建設(shè)是關(guān)鍵。結(jié)合山東省體育舞蹈發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，扶持相關(guān)核心領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型企業(yè)的發(fā)展，促進(jìn)其發(fā)揮帶動和示范作用，增強(qiáng)體育舞蹈相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力與活力。 5.加強(qiáng)體育舞蹈市場產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈建設(shè)，加大體育舞蹈文化宣傳力度，，提高其社會影響力，鼓勵多元化投資，以產(chǎn)業(yè)化帶動市場化發(fā)展，是促進(jìn)我省體育舞蹈發(fā)展氛圍和資金保障體系形成的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:Sports dance has been developed in China for more than 30 years. Both the technical level and the development scale of the athletes have made great progress. More and more excellent athletes are emerging in international competitions. Continuous progress. In China's economically developed Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other places, the development of sports dance is in full swing, and related industries have formed an industrial operation model. Shandong Province is a large population province, sports province, for the development of sports dance, regardless of geographical location. Social environment has a lot of available resources, but the advantage of resources is not fully utilized, the allocation is unreasonable, the development model is single, no industrialization, market-oriented operation and so on. So in the national sports dance championships such a high level of competition, there are few sports dancers in Shandong Province can achieve the desired results, Shandong Province sports dance overall competitive level is relatively backward. Using the methods of literature, expert interview, empirical investigation, comparison, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, this paper analyzes the advantages of sports dance development in Shandong Province and the present situation of integration. And the main factors affecting the integration of sports dance resources in Shandong Province are summarized and combed, and the effective way to realize the rational integration of sports dance resources in Shandong Province is obtained. The study concluded that: 1. Shandong Province has many resource advantages, but the development of sports dance is relatively backward, in the current trend of sports dance industrialization and marketization, our province sports dance development model is relatively single. Lack of mutual exchange and cooperation, industrialization is not high, the process of marketization is slow. 2. In order to speed up the development of sports dance in our province, we must realize the integration of sports dance resources, perfect and perfect the corresponding institutions and systems in the process of resource integration, and make the division of labor between different departments clear. To realize the flexible allocation and effective utilization of sports dance resources in our province. 3. Strengthen the support and macro-control of the provincial government departments, improve the various systems of Shandong Sports Dance Industry Association, and create a standardized and orderly development environment for the cultivation of sports dance talents and the allocation of resources in our province. Is carries on the sports dance resources conformity the essential safeguard and the premise. 4. According to the professional characteristics of sports dance, speeding up the construction of sports dance project base is the key. Combined with the current situation of sports dance development in Shandong Province, support the development of relevant core leading enterprises. Promote its role as a driving force and demonstration, and enhance the innovation ability and vitality of sports dance related industries. 5. Strengthen the construction of sports dance market industry chain, increase sports dance culture propaganda, improve its social influence, encourage diversified investment, and promote market-oriented development by industrialization. It is an effective way to promote the development atmosphere and fund guarantee system of sports dance in our province.
