邢臺(tái)市清河縣新世紀(jì)廣場(chǎng)改造設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】：隨著我國城市化水平的不斷提高,城市廣場(chǎng)作為展示城市文化內(nèi)涵和景觀特色,滿足城市居民功能需求的場(chǎng)所,成為城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的重要組成部分。我國現(xiàn)在許多城市廣場(chǎng)的建設(shè)存在尺度不宜、功能不全、千篇一律等問題,在滿足城市規(guī)劃原則的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)出體現(xiàn)本地自然和文化特色,滿足居民功能需求,景觀優(yōu)美宜人,環(huán)境生態(tài)發(fā)展的城市廣場(chǎng)空間,成為當(dāng)前研究的重點(diǎn)。本文首先通過城市廣場(chǎng)相關(guān)理論研究,將城市廣場(chǎng)全面定義、分類,總結(jié)出廣場(chǎng)在設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)該遵循整體性、人性化、創(chuàng)新性、生態(tài)性等原則,并結(jié)合城市廣場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)案例從文化、功能、空間、藝術(shù)、綜合五個(gè)不同的角度分析,體會(huì)成功的城市廣場(chǎng)在設(shè)計(jì)上的優(yōu)點(diǎn),為所研究的城市廣場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)邢臺(tái)市清河縣歷史文化、自然條件以及清河縣新世紀(jì)廣場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,了解到新世紀(jì)廣場(chǎng)在設(shè)計(jì)上存在空間空曠,功能單一,景色單調(diào)等不足,并針對(duì)這些缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行改造和再設(shè)計(jì)。改造方案總體上運(yùn)用主軸鏈接兩側(cè)的布局風(fēng)格,整體以中央的噴泉廣場(chǎng)為中心,在布局上承接清河縣城的城市空間中軸線,沿著軸線形成雖不對(duì)稱但又均衡的空間結(jié)構(gòu)。在中軸線的表達(dá)上,充分賦予廣場(chǎng)空間的多樣性和空間上的“軸線”意味,形成“一心、三軸、四區(qū)”的景觀布局。將廣場(chǎng)分為入口區(qū)、文化區(qū)、活力區(qū)、生態(tài)區(qū)和活動(dòng)中心,展示城市文化,增設(shè)服務(wù)設(shè)施滿足功能需求,豐富植物配置,體現(xiàn)特色種植,延續(xù)生態(tài)自然,把清河縣新世紀(jì)廣場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)成為復(fù)合型公共開放空間,使該區(qū)域的城市空間品質(zhì)空間功能得到真正的提升。最后,對(duì)城市廣場(chǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)如下:首先符合城市規(guī)劃要求,選址合理,交通便利,與周邊環(huán)境相協(xié)調(diào);能夠滿足市民對(duì)公共活動(dòng)場(chǎng)所的需求,景觀藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作精良,元素構(gòu)成得當(dāng),環(huán)境服務(wù)設(shè)施完善,管理維護(hù)到位,具有實(shí)用性,富于人性化;能夠反映地域性和時(shí)代性的文化內(nèi)涵,個(gè)性鮮明,規(guī)模適當(dāng),尺度宜人;體現(xiàn)生態(tài)優(yōu)良的自然環(huán)境,能夠改善城市小氣候環(huán)境。望方案的設(shè)計(jì)研究和理論總結(jié)能夠?yàn)榇祟惓鞘袕V場(chǎng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of urbanization level in China, urban square, as a place to display the connotation and landscape characteristics of urban culture and meet the functional needs of urban residents, has become an important part of urban planning and design. At present, there are some problems in the construction of many urban squares in our country, such as inappropriate scale, incomplete function, uniformity and so on. On the basis of meeting the principles of urban planning, we have designed to embody the local natural and cultural characteristics and meet the functional needs of the residents. The city square space with beautiful and pleasant landscape and environmental and ecological development has become the focus of current research. First of all, through the relevant theoretical research of the city square, this paper defines and classifies the city square in an all-round way, and summarizes that the square should follow the principles of integrity, humanization, innovation and ecology in the design of the square, and combine the design cases of the city square from the culture. Function, space, art, comprehensive analysis of five different angles, experience the advantages of successful city square design, for the study of urban square design experience. On this basis, the history, culture and natural conditions of Qinghe County in Xingtai City and the present situation of Qinghe County New Century Square are investigated and studied. it is found that there are some shortcomings in the design of the new century square, such as empty space, single function, monotonous scenery and so on. And in view of these shortcomings to carry on the transformation and the redesign. On the whole, the transformation scheme uses the layout style of both sides of the spindle link, takes the central fountain square as the center, undertakes the central axis of the urban space of Qinghe County on the layout, and forms the asymmetrical but balanced spatial structure along the axis. In the expression of the central axis, the diversity of square space and the meaning of "axis" in space are fully endowed, and the landscape layout of "one mind, three axis and four areas" is formed. The square is divided into entry area, cultural area, active area, ecological area and activity center, showing urban culture, adding service facilities to meet functional needs, enriching plant allocation, reflecting characteristic planting and continuing ecological nature. The new century square of Qinghe County is designed as a compound public open space, so that the spatial function of urban space quality in this area can be really improved. Finally, the main points of the design of the city square are summarized as follows: first of all, it meets the requirements of urban planning, the location is reasonable, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding environment is coordinated; It can meet the needs of the public places of public activities, the landscape art creation is excellent, the elements are properly composed, the environmental service facilities are perfect, the management and maintenance are in place, and it is practical and humanized. It can reflect the regional and contemporary cultural connotation, the personality is distinct, the scale is appropriate, the scale is pleasant, and the natural environment with excellent ecology can improve the urban microclimate environment. It is hoped that the design research and theoretical summary of the scheme can provide reference and reference for the planning and design of this kind of city square.
