【摘要】：公共開(kāi)放空間是城市居民戶外活動(dòng)、交往、游憩的主要場(chǎng)所,也是最貼近人們?nèi)粘Ｉ畹淖匀痪坝^要素,在組織城市公共生活,提高居民生活品質(zhì)方面起著舉足輕重的作用。可達(dá)性是評(píng)價(jià)公共開(kāi)放空間建設(shè)合理性的重要指標(biāo),能夠客觀地反映公共開(kāi)放空間的服務(wù)效能與公共性,已成為公共開(kāi)放空間研究的重要論題。本文分別對(duì)公共開(kāi)放空間、可達(dá)性的概念、分類(lèi)和發(fā)展等相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了討論,總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于公共開(kāi)放空間可達(dá)性方面的研究進(jìn)展。其次,本文歸納了公共開(kāi)放空間可達(dá)性的各類(lèi)影響因素,分別從“人的需求”、“公共開(kāi)放空間吸引力”和“出行成本”三個(gè)角度闡述了公共開(kāi)放空間可達(dá)性影響因素的內(nèi)涵。并基于“經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ汀迸c“機(jī)理模型”的方法分類(lèi),分別介紹了目前應(yīng)用于公共開(kāi)放空間可達(dá)性研究中的各種評(píng)價(jià)方法,對(duì)其方法原理、優(yōu)勢(shì)與局限、適用范圍等方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的評(píng)述與比較,在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合兩類(lèi)方法各自的優(yōu)點(diǎn),提出公共開(kāi)放空間可達(dá)性的綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法。最后,在對(duì)相關(guān)研究與評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,回顧和總結(jié)當(dāng)前公共開(kāi)放空間可達(dá)性的研究進(jìn)展,探討當(dāng)前研究中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),提出未來(lái)該領(lǐng)域應(yīng)密切關(guān)注的研究方向,以期為公共開(kāi)放空間可達(dá)性的進(jìn)一步研究提供理論支撐。此外,試述可達(dá)性研究對(duì)我國(guó)公共開(kāi)放空間建設(shè)和規(guī)劃的啟示,期望為我國(guó)在集約化、精細(xì)化的城市發(fā)展背景下,建設(shè)更加高效、高品質(zhì)且可持續(xù)發(fā)展的公共開(kāi)放空間建言獻(xiàn)策。
[Abstract]:Public open space is the main place for urban residents' outdoor activities, communication and recreation, and it is also the natural landscape element closest to people's daily life. It plays an important role in organizing urban public life and improving residents' quality of life. Accessibility is an important index to evaluate the rationality of public open space construction. It can objectively reflect the service efficiency and publicity of public open space, and has become an important topic in the study of public open space. This paper discusses the concepts, classification and development of public open space, and summarizes the research progress of public open space accessibility at home and abroad. Secondly, this paper summarizes the factors that affect the accessibility of public open space, and expounds the connotation of the factors affecting the accessibility of public open space from the three angles of "the demand of people", "attraction of public open space" and "travel cost". Based on the classification of "empirical model" and "mechanism model", various evaluation methods applied in the research of public open space accessibility are introduced respectively, and their principles, advantages and limitations are discussed. The scope of application is reviewed and compared in detail. On this basis, combined with the advantages of the two kinds of methods, a comprehensive evaluation method for the accessibility of public open space is proposed. Finally, on the basis of systematically combing the relevant research and evaluation methods, this paper reviews and summarizes the current research progress on the accessibility of public open space, and probes into the weak links in the current research. In order to provide theoretical support for further research on the accessibility of public open space, this paper puts forward the research direction that should be paid close attention to in this field in the future. In addition, the enlightenment of accessibility research to the construction and planning of public open space in China is expected to be more efficient in the context of intensive and refined urban development.
