【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),隨著城市化進(jìn)程的加快,許多人口遷移到城市生活與工作,爆炸式的人口增長(zhǎng)給城市整體環(huán)境帶來(lái)了巨大的壓力,同時(shí),由于這些人長(zhǎng)期生活在由鋼筋混凝土等建筑材料筑成的空間中,運(yùn)動(dòng)量慢慢地減少,也減少了與自然環(huán)境進(jìn)行親密接觸的機(jī)會(huì),這些因素都不利于人的身體健康;另一方面,由于工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的加快,出現(xiàn)了一系列環(huán)境問(wèn)題,如霧霾、有毒化學(xué)品污染等,這些因素也對(duì)人體的健康造成了威脅。一直以來(lái),醫(yī)院承擔(dān)著治病救人的任務(wù),醫(yī)療技術(shù)、醫(yī)療設(shè)備是治愈病癥的主要方式。國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究表明,醫(yī)院室外環(huán)境質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣對(duì)輔助患者身體的康復(fù)也有著一定的作用,因此,越來(lái)越多的醫(yī)院開(kāi)始注重室外的康復(fù)性景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)。基于此種背景,本文引入循證設(shè)計(jì)的方法論,并將它與康復(fù)醫(yī)院療養(yǎng)空間室外環(huán)境的康復(fù)性景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)相結(jié)合。具體探討了以下內(nèi)容:第一章為緒論部分,闡述了研究的背景、目的、意義、對(duì)象、內(nèi)容、國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀、方法、擬解決的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題及課題的創(chuàng)新性。第二章概述了循證設(shè)計(jì)的起源、發(fā)展、概念、特征和優(yōu)勢(shì),并闡述了循證設(shè)計(jì)與醫(yī)療空間室外康復(fù)環(huán)境的關(guān)系以及循證設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)醫(yī)療空間室外康復(fù)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)的啟示。第三章闡述了康復(fù)性景觀(guān)的定義、分類(lèi)、特點(diǎn)和療養(yǎng)方式,并闡述了康復(fù)性景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)的理論依據(jù):親生命性假說(shuō)、自然助益理論、恢復(fù)性環(huán)境理論、環(huán)境心理學(xué)理論,最后介紹了國(guó)外的優(yōu)秀醫(yī)療空間室外環(huán)境康復(fù)性景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)案例。第四章采用循證設(shè)計(jì)的方式對(duì)成都地區(qū)的康復(fù)醫(yī)院療養(yǎng)空間室外環(huán)境康復(fù)性景觀(guān)進(jìn)行了調(diào)研與總結(jié)。第五章中,探討了基于循證設(shè)計(jì)的康復(fù)醫(yī)院療養(yǎng)空間外環(huán)境康復(fù)性景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì),具體內(nèi)容有概述了康復(fù)醫(yī)院療養(yǎng)空間外環(huán)境的特征、使用者和功能,接著探討了康復(fù)醫(yī)院療養(yǎng)空間外環(huán)境康復(fù)性景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)研究方法,接著又探討了康復(fù)醫(yī)院療養(yǎng)空間外環(huán)境康復(fù)性景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)模式,包括設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)、設(shè)計(jì)原則、空間構(gòu)成、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),最后得出了基于使用者心理需求和行為特征的環(huán)境優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)策略的結(jié)論。第六章中,通過(guò)完成對(duì)四川省康復(fù)醫(yī)院室外環(huán)境的康復(fù)性景觀(guān)改造,來(lái)對(duì)前面的理論進(jìn)行應(yīng)用和驗(yàn)證。通過(guò)本論文的探討,希望對(duì)同類(lèi)型空間的康復(fù)性景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)及改造起到一定的理論借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the acceleration of urbanization, many people have moved to urban life and work. The explosive population growth has brought great pressure to the overall environment of the city, at the same time, Because these people have been living in spaces built of building materials like reinforced concrete for a long time, the amount of exercise is slowly decreasing, and the chances of close contact with the natural environment are reduced, all of these factors are detrimental to human health; on the other hand, As a result of the acceleration of industrialization, a series of environmental problems have emerged, such as haze, toxic chemical pollution and so on. These factors have also posed a threat to human health. Medical equipment is the main way to cure the disease. Relevant studies at home and abroad show that the quality of outdoor environment plays a certain role in the rehabilitation of patients. More and more hospitals begin to pay more attention to outdoor rehabilitation landscape design. Based on this background, this paper introduces the methodology of evidence-based design. Combining it with the rehabilitation landscape design of the outdoor environment of the recuperation space in the rehabilitation hospital, the following contents are concretely discussed: the first chapter is the introduction part, which expounds the background, purpose, significance, object, content, current situation and method of the research, at home and abroad. Chapter two summarizes the origin, development, concept, characteristics and advantages of evidence-based design. The relationship between evidence-based design and outdoor rehabilitation environment of medical space and the inspiration of evidence-based design to outdoor rehabilitation environment design of medical space are expounded. Chapter three describes the definition, classification, characteristics and recuperation mode of rehabilitation landscape. And elaborated the theory basis of the rehabilitation landscape design: the pro-life hypothesis, the nature beneficial theory, the restorative environment theory, the environment psychology theory, At last, the paper introduces the cases of excellent medical space outdoor environment rehabilitation landscape design abroad. Chapter four investigates and summarizes the rehabilitation environment outdoor landscape of rehabilitation hospital in Chengdu area by the way of evidence-based design. Chapter five, This paper discusses the rehabilitative landscape design of the external environment of convalescent space in rehabilitation hospital based on evidence-based design, and summarizes the characteristics, users and functions of the external environment of convalescent space in rehabilitation hospital. Then it discusses the research method of rehabilitation landscape design outside the recuperation space of rehabilitation hospital, and then discusses the rehabilitation landscape design mode of rehabilitation hospital convalescent space, including design goal, design principle, space constitution, design essentials, etc. Finally, the conclusion of the environmental optimization design strategy based on the psychological needs and behavioral characteristics of the users is drawn. In Chapter 6, the rehabilitation landscape reconstruction of the outdoor environment of Sichuan Rehabilitation Hospital is completed. Through the discussion of this paper, the author hopes to play a certain theoretical reference role in the rehabilitation landscape design and reconstruction of the same type of space.
