曹妃甸工業(yè)區(qū)水系方案設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施

【摘要】:城市水系是城市存在和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),是體現(xiàn)城市資源、生態(tài)環(huán)境和空間景觀質(zhì)量的重要載體,是城市總體空間框架的有機(jī)組成部分。曹妃甸工業(yè)區(qū)的大規(guī)模開發(fā)建設(shè),是在淺海區(qū)域吹沙造地形成陸域起步的,目前已形成200平方公里土地,地勢(shì)平坦,通過建設(shè)水系,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域防洪、排澇、蓄水、通航、景觀、生態(tài)等多重功能目標(biāo)。通過本文研究希望可以對(duì)曹妃甸和其他濱海城市,尤其是造地形成的新型城市的水系規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施提供一定借鑒。本論文綜合應(yīng)用多學(xué)科知識(shí),通過收集和分析大量文獻(xiàn)資料,以及對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)地調(diào)研,針對(duì)曹妃甸工業(yè)區(qū)水系規(guī)劃建設(shè)存在的問題,以科學(xué)合理、經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用、節(jié)能高效為指導(dǎo)思想,編制形成了指導(dǎo)性的水系設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施方案,為水系開發(fā)建設(shè)打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。主要成果如下:(1)根據(jù)各功能區(qū)防潮要求和實(shí)施條件,提出了分別采取適當(dāng)?shù)男问胶鸵?guī)模建立防潮系統(tǒng)。(2)充分利用海潮的漲落規(guī)律,采取重力方式排出河道洪水,以節(jié)省泵閘設(shè)施的建設(shè)和運(yùn)行費(fèi)用,提出了泵閘的規(guī)模和相關(guān)參數(shù)要求。(3)充分考慮雨水和再生水的蓄存利用,努力創(chuàng)造雨水和再生水的蓄存條件,積極為工業(yè)區(qū)開發(fā)新水源。(4)深入探尋各功能地塊的文化需求,研究與文化活動(dòng)相適宜河道斷面。(5)根據(jù)工業(yè)區(qū)河道雨水處理的實(shí)施條件,提出采用雨水沉淀處理結(jié)合人工濕地處理方案。(6)提出內(nèi)河通航水系布局方案,制定了通航水位標(biāo)準(zhǔn),通航橋梁尺度標(biāo)準(zhǔn),滿足水上交通和旅游需求,提升曹妃甸魅力。(7)水系方案可以同時(shí)滿足防御海潮、陸域排水、河道排洪和雨水集蓄利用、水質(zhì)凈化、游艇通航等綜合功能需要。
[Abstract]:Urban water system is the foundation of the city's existence and development, the important carrier of reflecting the urban resources, ecological environment and spatial landscape quality, and the organic component of the city's overall spatial framework. The large-scale development and construction of Caofeidian Industrial Zone, Caofeidian Industrial Zone, is an important part of the urban water system. It was started in shallow sea area by blowing sand to form a land area. At present, 200 square kilometers of land has been formed and the terrain is flat. By building water systems, regional flood control, drainage, water storage, navigation and landscape can be realized. The purpose of this paper is to provide some reference for the design and implementation of water system in Caofeidian and other coastal cities, especially in the new cities formed by land reclamation. Through collecting and analyzing a large number of documents and materials, as well as field investigation, aiming at the problems existing in the planning and construction of water system in Caofeidian Industrial Zone, the guiding ideology is scientific, reasonable, economical and practical, energy saving and high efficiency. A guiding water system design and implementation scheme was formulated, which laid a solid foundation for water system development and construction. The main results are as follows: 1) according to the requirements of moisture prevention and implementation conditions of each functional area, In order to save the cost of construction and operation of pump sluice facilities, it is put forward that the appropriate form and scale should be taken to set up a moisture-proof system. 2) to make full use of the fluctuation law of sea tide and to discharge river flood by gravity, so as to save the cost of construction and operation of pump sluice facilities. The paper puts forward the scale of pump sluice and the relevant parameter requirement. (3) fully considering the storage and utilization of Rain Water and recycled water, striving to create the storage conditions for Rain Water and reclaimed water, and actively exploring the cultural needs of various functional plots for the development of new water sources for the industrial area. According to the implementation conditions of Rain Water treatment of river course in industrial area, the paper puts forward a scheme of layout of navigable water system of inland rivers, and formulates the standard of navigable water level, according to the practical conditions of the treatment of river course Rain Water in industrial area, and proposes a scheme for treating inland river navigable water system in combination with constructed wetland treatment scheme. Navigation bridge standards, meet water traffic and tourism needs, enhance Caofeidian charm. 7) Water system can simultaneously meet the defense of sea tide, land drainage, river drainage and Rain Water collection and utilization, water purification, Yacht navigation and other comprehensive functions need.
