【摘要】：歷史街區(qū)是城市發(fā)展過程中歷史信息保存最豐富的區(qū)域,是城市文化遺產(chǎn)的重要組成部分。它不僅呈現(xiàn)為外部傳統(tǒng)空間形態(tài),更包括蘊含于外部傳統(tǒng)空間形態(tài)下的社會的變遷、歷史的嚴謹和文化的傳承。天津作為北方洋務運動的中心,是中國近代百年的縮影,九國租界為天津留下了屈辱的歷史,也帶來了先進的文化,更留下了特色的“小洋樓”。天津五大道歷史街區(qū)作為天津名片式的旅游景點,容納著巨大的歷史文化價值。目前對于五大道的研究更多的關注于城區(qū)規(guī)劃、街區(qū)開發(fā)保護階段,并且在旅游層面更偏重于對五大道景觀旅游市場的開發(fā),忽略了五大道所呈現(xiàn)出來的精神文化。本文分為四個章節(jié),主要從歷史、人文、環(huán)境角度進行展開,逐步深入剖析五大道建筑背景下所蘊含的文化內(nèi)涵。第一章分析了五大道歷史文化街區(qū)形成的因素,以及“五大道”從一座租界遺留產(chǎn)物發(fā)展成歷史文化街區(qū)的歷程;第二章分析了“五大道”文化旅游市場發(fā)展的條件,主要從五大道的人文價值、開發(fā)條件、旅游政策的推廣以及城市定位傳播的需求四個方面進行分析;第三章根據(jù)“五大道“目前的旅游開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀分析了文化旅游市場發(fā)展中存在的問題;第四章以第三章所提出的問題進行解答,以戰(zhàn)略和策略兩個層面進行了細致的分析。本文嚴格按照所學專業(yè)的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展層面去分析,參考歷史、美學、文化旅游等層面的知識,運用實證性、思辨性方法分析現(xiàn)象,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提出解決問題的方案策略,力求為五大道景區(qū)文化旅游市場的發(fā)展提供進一步的補充和完善。
[Abstract]:Historical district is the region with the most abundant historical information in the process of urban development, which is an important part of the urban cultural heritage. It not only presents itself as the external traditional spatial form, but also includes the social changes contained in the external traditional spatial form. As the center of the Northern Westernization Movement, Tianjin is the epitome of a hundred years of modern China. The nine-nation concession has left Tianjin a humiliating history and brought advanced culture. As a tourist attraction of Tianjin's business card type, the historical block of Tianjin's Fifth Avenue contains enormous historical and cultural value. At present, more attention is paid to the stage of urban planning and block development and protection for the study of the five major roads. And in the tourism level, more emphasis is placed on the development of the five roads landscape tourism market, ignoring the spiritual culture presented by the five roads. This paper is divided into four chapters, mainly from the perspective of history, humanities, and environment. The first chapter analyzes the factors of the formation of the historical and cultural district and the course of the development from a concession to a historical and cultural district. The second chapter analyzes the conditions of the development of the cultural tourism market, mainly from four aspects: the humanistic value, the development condition, the promotion of the tourism policy and the demand of the city orientation communication. The third chapter analyzes the problems existing in the development of cultural tourism market according to the current situation of tourism development in "five major roads", and the 4th chapter answers the questions raised in chapter three. This paper analyzes the phenomenon strictly according to the development level of cultural industry, referring to the knowledge of history, aesthetics, cultural tourism and so on, using positive and speculative methods to analyze the phenomenon. Find out the problem and put forward the solution strategy, and try to provide further supplement and perfection for the development of the cultural tourism market of the five major scenic spots.
