【摘要】：現(xiàn)代城市都是從原始的人類聚居點逐漸發(fā)展形成的,從歷史上來看,這些早期人類聚居點大都分布在水源點附近。隨著城市規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,有些沿河城市由于用地緊張等因素影響,轉(zhuǎn)向跨河城市的方向發(fā)展,城市濱水區(qū)是跨河城市中最具吸引力和識別性的城市空間。寶雞是渭河流域最早形成的城市之一,擁有悠久的歷史和絢爛的文化,在漫長的城市發(fā)展進(jìn)程中形成了獨具特色的城市濱水區(qū)。隨著西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的實施和關(guān)天經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的設(shè)立,寶雞作為副中心城市,其城市發(fā)展及濱水區(qū)的建設(shè)面臨著巨大的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。本文以城市空間形態(tài)為研究目的和對象,分析了寶雞城市發(fā)展的背景和城市發(fā)展沿革,并根據(jù)寶雞市城市格局現(xiàn)狀和相關(guān)規(guī)劃原則,界定了濱水區(qū)的范圍,將城市濱水區(qū)劃分為四個組團(tuán)進(jìn)行了深入細(xì)致的調(diào)查與研究。主要內(nèi)容包括濱水區(qū)城市空間形態(tài)特點與城河關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀、河道情況現(xiàn)狀、土地利用現(xiàn)狀、交通現(xiàn)狀和景觀現(xiàn)狀。并分組團(tuán)調(diào)研了各組團(tuán)內(nèi)部的城市剖面、濱河建筑立面、標(biāo)志性景觀節(jié)點等城市空間形態(tài)組成要素。根據(jù)以上的實地調(diào)研,將數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理和分析,總結(jié)出寶雞城市濱水空間的特色與不足,在持續(xù)性、可達(dá)性、多樣性等城市規(guī)劃原則的指導(dǎo)之下,提出關(guān)于寶雞渭河濱水區(qū)發(fā)展建設(shè)的幾點建議。
[Abstract]:Modern cities are gradually developed from primitive human settlements. Historically, most of these early human settlements were located near water sources. Some cities along the river have turned to cross-river cities due to the influence of land shortage and other factors. The urban waterfront is the most attractive and recognizable urban space in cross-river cities. Baoji is one of the earliest cities in the Weihe River basin. With a long history and splendid culture, a unique urban waterfront has been formed in the long process of urban development. With the implementation of the western development strategy and the establishment of the Guantian economic zone, Baoji as a sub-central city, The urban development and waterfront construction are facing great opportunities and challenges. This paper analyzes the background and evolution of Baoji urban development, taking the urban spatial form as the research objective and object. According to the present situation of Baoji urban pattern and related planning principles, the scope of waterfront area is defined. The urban waterfront zonation is divided into four groups for investigation and research. The main contents include the characteristics of urban spatial form in waterfront area and the present situation of the relationship between urban and river, the current situation of river course and the present situation of land use. Traffic status and landscape status. The urban space form elements, such as urban profile, riverfront facade, landmarks landscape node and so on, are investigated in groups. According to the above field investigation, the data are sorted and analyzed. This paper summarizes the characteristics and deficiencies of the waterfront space of Baoji city, under the guidance of the principles of urban planning, such as sustainability, accessibility and diversity, puts forward some suggestions on the development and construction of the waterfront area of the Weihe River in Baoji.
