【摘要】：積極發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè),尤其是發(fā)展現(xiàn)代化園林苗木基地是高陵縣農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展、農(nóng)村發(fā)展、農(nóng)民增收的一項戰(zhàn)略性工作。陜西山秦明珠現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)高陵基地的建設(shè)堅持以市場為導(dǎo)向,以農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)為中心,不僅經(jīng)營農(nóng)業(yè)、經(jīng)營環(huán)境、經(jīng)營技術(shù),而且以農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、苗木環(huán)境、農(nóng)場文化為特色,經(jīng)營農(nóng)業(yè)休閑,力爭通過5-6年的發(fā)展,將基地開發(fā)為具有示范意義和獨特魅力的高科技園藝生產(chǎn)示范園和旅游休閑的目的地。陜西山秦明珠現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)高陵基地主要功能為苗木花卉生產(chǎn),輔以農(nóng)業(yè)觀光,規(guī)劃建設(shè)面積773.48畝,按職能分為基地的“一心二帶五區(qū)”,“一心”即培訓(xùn)中心;“二帶”即主軸景觀帶和綠化防護(hù)帶;“五區(qū)”即太空蔬菜育種園、彩葉植物博覽園、北方速生樹種博覽園、現(xiàn)代草坪博覽園和水生植物展示園�；爻浞掷矛F(xiàn)狀土壤、水分等自然條件,進(jìn)行合理的產(chǎn)業(yè)定位、功能分區(qū),既保證場地資源的充分利用,也確保了產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢發(fā)展,明確打造一個集現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和休閑娛樂于一體的新型農(nóng)業(yè)基地。該基地的建設(shè),對高陵縣發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)具有一定的示范作用,對帶動高陵縣園林苗木的發(fā)展具有積極的意義,是促進(jìn)高陵縣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的主要推手。
[Abstract]:The active development of modern agriculture, especially the development of modern garden nursery stock base, is a strategic work for the agricultural development, rural development and farmers' income increase in Gaoling County. The construction of the modern agricultural Gaoling base in Shaanxi Mountain and Qinmingzhu insists on taking the market as the guide. Focusing on the industrialized production of agriculture, we should not only manage agriculture, business environment, and management technology, but also take agricultural production, seedling environment and farm culture as the characteristics to manage agricultural leisure and strive for the development of agriculture through 5-6 years of development. The base will be developed as a demonstration garden of high-tech horticultural production with demonstration significance and unique charm and a destination for tourism and leisure. The main function of the modern agricultural Gaoling base in Shaanxi Mountain and Qinmingzhu is the production of seedlings and flowers, supplemented by agricultural sightseeing. The planning and construction area is 773.48 mu, which is divided into "one mind, two belts, five districts" according to their functions.
