【摘要】：在當(dāng)下社會,人與環(huán)境的關(guān)系已經(jīng)不可避免是一個大眾的共識,也是一個不可回避的話題。居住場所帶來的需求是自古以來所具有的基本的生存需求之一,而持續(xù)改善人們的居住環(huán)境質(zhì)量是幾千年來人們所共同追求的。然而當(dāng)下的居住小區(qū)卻存在這一些問題:如整體上跟風(fēng)嚴(yán)重,注重形式美,重視平面圖的視覺化;在居住小區(qū)的使用上忽略了對于特殊人群(老人、兒童)的心里及生理上的考量,如在植物、公共空間、人性化的設(shè)施、兒童游樂場所和設(shè)施方面也相對隨意,在這方方面面都著重考慮中青年人的需求;設(shè)計感單一,為了追求視覺上的形式感,忽略了居民與居民之間的互動,缺乏鄰里之間的必要的交流,導(dǎo)致了即使是隔壁鄰居也老死不相往來的局面。降低了居民對小區(qū)的歸屬感,使居住小區(qū)逐漸通道化。誠然,居民對居住小區(qū)審美的需求也是需求的一種,但是卻不是需求的去全部內(nèi)容。通過對我國居住小區(qū)景觀設(shè)計的歷史沿革以及居住小區(qū)景觀發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和現(xiàn)狀中存在的種種弊端的研究,提出了居住小區(qū)景觀必須以人性化的設(shè)計理念;將人性化設(shè)計擺在一個核心的位置,并且以環(huán)境心理學(xué)內(nèi)容為依托,分析了住宅小區(qū)中不同年齡階段(老人、中年人、年少青、幼兒)的生理和心理需求、環(huán)境與人的互動關(guān)系、居民與居住小區(qū)內(nèi)部景觀要素之間的關(guān)系,,論述了人性化居住小區(qū)景觀設(shè)計的原則和設(shè)計方法論。
[Abstract]:In the current society, the relationship between people and the environment has become an inevitable consensus of the public, but also an unavoidable topic. The demand brought about by living place is one of the basic living needs since ancient times. And the continuous improvement of people's living environment quality is the common pursuit of thousands of years. However, there are some problems in the residential area: such as the overall trend is serious, pay attention to formal beauty. Attention should be paid to the visualization of plane maps; The use of residential areas ignores the psychological and physiological considerations of special groups (elderly children) such as plants public spaces humanized facilities children recreation places and facilities are also relatively casual. Focus on the needs of young people in this regard; The sense of design is simple, in order to pursue the visual sense of form, ignoring the interaction between residents and residents, the lack of necessary communication between the neighbors. It leads to the situation that even the neighbors next door are old and do not interact with each other. It reduces the residents' sense of belonging to the residential area and makes the residential area gradually passageway. Indeed, the residents' aesthetic demand for the residential area is also a kind of demand. But it is not the whole content of demand. Through the study of the historical evolution of the landscape design of residential district and the current situation of residential district landscape development and the shortcomings of the existing situation. Put forward the residential district landscape must be humanized design concept; The humanized design is placed in a core position, and based on the content of environmental psychology, the physiological and psychological needs of different ages (elderly, middle-aged, young and young) in the residential area are analyzed. The interactive relationship between environment and people and the relationship between residents and interior landscape elements of residential area are discussed. The principles and design methodology of humanized residential district landscape design are discussed.
