【摘要】:本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的選題是唐山市曹妃甸濱海休閑型商業(yè)街環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì),隨著生活水平的提高,人們的消費(fèi)活動(dòng)已經(jīng)由物質(zhì)消費(fèi)向精神消費(fèi)過度,休閑型消費(fèi)時(shí)代已經(jīng)來臨。與此同時(shí),隨著濱海旅游業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,濱海商業(yè)也日益引起人們關(guān)注。本文以濱海休閑型商業(yè)街環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)為研究對(duì)象,以曹妃甸消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)為目標(biāo)群體,主要通過以下三個(gè)部分進(jìn)行研究。第一部分是市場(chǎng)調(diào)研報(bào)告。通過案例調(diào)研,得出成功的休閑型商業(yè)街都具有地域性的文化內(nèi)涵和消費(fèi)群體的集體認(rèn)同感這一結(jié)論;通過對(duì)曹妃甸的中高端消費(fèi)者市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,了解消費(fèi)群體的社會(huì)需求和心理需求,得出商業(yè)街的定位以及該定位下的消費(fèi)群體所認(rèn)同的曹妃甸海洋文化表征意象。因此,曹妃甸休閑型商業(yè)街環(huán)境應(yīng)具有海洋文化內(nèi)涵。第二部分文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研報(bào)告。調(diào)研目的是找到表達(dá)海洋文化內(nèi)涵的方法,首先對(duì)濱海休閑型商業(yè)街的發(fā)展歷程和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié),引入休閑理論、文化符號(hào)、環(huán)境心理學(xué)等理論,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出濱海休閑型商業(yè)街文化精神表達(dá)的四個(gè)物質(zhì)載體(空間形式、導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)、色彩和材質(zhì)、景觀小品),并結(jié)合具體案例闡述其海洋文化表達(dá)方式。第三部分為設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐報(bào)告。根據(jù)消費(fèi)群體的休閑需求和心理需求,對(duì)唐山市曹妃甸濱海休閑型商業(yè)街環(huán)境(空間形式、導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)、色彩和材質(zhì)、景觀小品)進(jìn)行分層探討和設(shè)計(jì)。重點(diǎn)研究在空間組織上借鑒曹妃甸海島特色的同時(shí),在環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)上融入海洋文化元素,并通過設(shè)置露臺(tái)、茶座、屋頂花園、廣場(chǎng)等休閑空間,將海景引入到商業(yè)街環(huán)境中,使消費(fèi)者得到視覺上的滿足和心理上的放松。本論文立足于濱海休閑型的商業(yè)街環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì),通過休閑環(huán)境的打造和海洋文化的引入,使消費(fèi)群體的社會(huì)需求和心理需求得到滿足,希望這一研究思路可以為同類項(xiàng)目提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The topic of this graduation project is the environmental design of Caofeidian coastal leisure shopping street in Tangshan City. With the improvement of living standards, people's consumption activities have changed from material consumption to spiritual consumption. Leisure consumption era has come. At the same time, with the rapid development of coastal tourism, coastal commerce is increasingly attracting people's attention. Caofeidian consumer market as the target group, mainly through the following three parts of the study. The first part is the market research report. Through the case study. It is concluded that all the successful leisure commercial streets have regional cultural connotations and collective identity of consumer groups. Through the research on the middle and high-end consumer market of Caofeidian, we can understand the social and psychological needs of the consumer groups. Get the location of the commercial street and the location of the consumer groups to identify with the Caofeidian marine culture representation image. The environment of Caofeidian leisure commercial street should have the connotation of marine culture. The second part of the literature investigation report. The purpose of the investigation is to find the way to express the connotation of marine culture. First of all, the development process and characteristics of the coastal leisure commercial street are summarized, and the leisure theory, cultural symbols, environmental psychology and other theories are introduced. On this basis, it puts forward four material carriers (space form, guide system, color and material, landscape sketch) which express the cultural spirit of coastal leisure shopping street. The third part is the design practice report. According to the leisure needs and psychological needs of consumer groups. To Tangshan Caofeidian coastal leisure commercial street environment (space form, guide system, color and material. Landscape sketch) delamination discussion and design. Focus on the spatial organization of the Caofeidian island features, the integration of marine cultural elements in the environmental design, and through the setting of terrace, teahouse, roof garden. Square and other leisure space, the introduction of sea view into the commercial street environment, so that consumers can get visual satisfaction and psychological relaxation. This paper is based on the coastal leisure commercial street environment design. Through the creation of leisure environment and the introduction of marine culture, the social and psychological needs of consumer groups can be satisfied. It is hoped that this research idea can be used for reference for similar projects.
