零形回指是現(xiàn)代漢語中非常普遍的一種語言現(xiàn)象,被認為是漢語回指的標準模式。目前,針對這一語言現(xiàn)象的研究已經(jīng)取得了豐碩的成果。然而,以往的研究大多集中在英、漢敘事語篇等文藝語體上,甚少有學者涉足法律語體中的零形回指。鑒于此,在前人研究的基礎之上,基于認知參照點模型這一理論,以《中華人民共和國行政許可法》（以下簡稱《行政許可法》）為語料來源,采用定量與定性相結合的研究方法,本文探究了所選立法文本中零形回指的表征形式以及零形回指回指語的識解機制。本文有以下三方面的發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,《行政許可法》中的零形回指主要可以分為三類:零形上指（話題凸顯）、零形下指和特殊零形回指（話題隱含）。其中,零形上指（話題凸顯）出現(xiàn)的頻率最高,在所選文本中占有較大的比重,因此成為本文重點研究的內(nèi)容。第二,零形回指在《行政許可法》中主要具有以下三方面的功能:（1）增強立法語篇的連貫性;（2）保證立法語言的經(jīng)濟性;（3）強調立法信息的焦點性。第三,基于認知參照點模型,本文提出了漢語立法文本中零形回指的識解機制。該識解機制對零形回指的回指語的識解具有強大的解釋力。此外,本文還探討了該識解機制對漢語規(guī)范性立法文本的翻譯以及對漢語...
