多媒體注釋對(duì)二語(yǔ)詞匯附帶習(xí)得的影響元分析

【摘要】:詞匯附帶習(xí)得一直是二語(yǔ)習(xí)得領(lǐng)域中一個(gè)重要的方面。而影響詞匯附帶習(xí)得的因素以及哪一種因素對(duì)詞匯附帶習(xí)得的影響最大一直是研究者們關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。眾多國(guó)內(nèi)外研究表明,注釋作為其中一種因素,對(duì)詞匯附帶習(xí)得有積極的影;不同類型的注釋對(duì)詞匯附帶習(xí)得具有不同的影響。 近年來(lái),隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)在教學(xué)中的廣泛應(yīng)用,一些研究者開(kāi)始關(guān)注多媒體注釋,即在注釋中加入多種類型,如聲音,圖片,錄像甚至是動(dòng)畫等,從而進(jìn)一步研究該注釋二語(yǔ)詞匯附帶習(xí)得的影響。隨著研究的深入,國(guó)外一些學(xué)者開(kāi)始用元分析的方法對(duì)已有的研究進(jìn)行再分析,但是國(guó)內(nèi)采用元分析方法對(duì)二語(yǔ)習(xí)得進(jìn)行研究的成果很少,對(duì)多媒體注釋對(duì)二語(yǔ)詞匯附帶習(xí)得的影響進(jìn)行研究的文獻(xiàn)更少。 因此,本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,用元分析的方法對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外多媒體對(duì)二語(yǔ)詞匯附帶習(xí)得的影響進(jìn)行研究,旨在證實(shí)和擴(kuò)展前人的研究。本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的檢索,共收集了13篇符合選取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的多媒體注釋對(duì)二語(yǔ)詞匯附帶習(xí)得的文章,并進(jìn)行了元分析。結(jié)果表明,多媒體注釋對(duì)二語(yǔ)詞匯附帶習(xí)得有積極影響;多重注釋與單一注釋相比而言,多重注釋的影響更大;當(dāng)學(xué)習(xí)者熟練程度被考慮在內(nèi)時(shí),結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)多重多媒體注釋對(duì)初學(xué)者的影響比對(duì)中等和高等熟練程度的學(xué)生影響更大;就測(cè)試方式而言,使用輸入測(cè)試比輸出測(cè)試詞匯附帶習(xí)得更多。
[Abstract]:Incidental vocabulary acquisition has always been an important aspect in the field of second language acquisition. However, the factors that influence incidental vocabulary acquisition and which factors have the greatest influence on incidental vocabulary acquisition have always been concerned by researchers. Many studies at home and abroad show that annotation, as one of the factors, has a positive effect on incidental vocabulary acquisition, and that different types of annotation have different effects on incidental vocabulary acquisition. In recent years, with the wide application of computer technology in teaching, some researchers begin to pay attention to multimedia annotation, that is, to add a variety of types to the annotation, such as sound, pictures, video and even animation. Thus, the effect of incidental acquisition of the annotated second language vocabulary is further studied. With the deepening of the research, some foreign scholars began to reanalyze the existing research by meta-analysis. However, there are few achievements in domestic research on second language acquisition by meta-analysis. There is less literature on the effect of multimedia annotation on incidental second language vocabulary acquisition. Therefore, based on the previous studies, this paper uses meta-analysis to study the effects of multimedia on incidental second language vocabulary acquisition at home and abroad, in order to confirm and expand the previous studies. Based on the retrieval of databases at home and abroad, this paper collects 13 articles about incidental acquisition of second language vocabulary by multimedia annotations which meet the selection criteria, and carries out meta-analysis. The results show that multimedia annotation has a positive effect on incidental second language vocabulary acquisition, multiple annotation has more influence than single annotation. When learners' proficiency was taken into account, it was found that multiple multimedia annotations had a greater impact on beginners than those with intermediate and advanced proficiency. In terms of test methods, the use of input tests is much more incidental to vocabulary acquisition than output testing.
