重慶市小學(xué)雙語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的浪潮下,中國與世界在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化科技等方面的交流日益頻繁,對(duì)既懂外語又懂專業(yè)的復(fù)合型人才的需求加大。雙語教育符合國家發(fā)展的需要,也是世界教育發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。但是我國的雙語教學(xué),尤其是小學(xué)雙語教學(xué)發(fā)展并不理想,雙語教師、雙語教材、雙語學(xué)生等因素都在制約著我國雙語教學(xué)的發(fā)展。教學(xué)大計(jì),教師為本,雙語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的好壞,對(duì)雙語教學(xué)的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。只有建立一支高素質(zhì)高效率的雙語教師隊(duì)伍,才能保證雙語教學(xué)的順利發(fā)展。 本文以小學(xué)雙語教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為研究出發(fā)點(diǎn),針對(duì)重慶市小學(xué)雙語教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做了調(diào)查,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析重慶市小學(xué)雙語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題,提出了一些建議和措施,希望對(duì)重慶市小學(xué)雙語教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展有所幫助。 第一章為緒論部分,主要介紹本文的選題緣由和研究意義,并對(duì)本論文的結(jié)構(gòu)做了簡要介紹 第二章為文獻(xiàn)綜述部分,,在對(duì)相關(guān)的核心概念進(jìn)行界定之后,梳理了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于教師專業(yè)發(fā)展和雙語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并在此基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒現(xiàn)有的研究成果和美國雙語教育教師的入職標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和認(rèn)證指南,闡述了雙語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在結(jié)構(gòu)。 第三章簡要介紹了本論文的研究設(shè)計(jì)、研究對(duì)象和研究過程。本文以重慶市小學(xué)雙語教師為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)重慶市在職小學(xué)雙語教師和高校小學(xué)雙語教學(xué)專業(yè)的2012屆應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生分別進(jìn)行了訪談和問卷調(diào)查,從專業(yè)態(tài)度、專業(yè)能力、專業(yè)知識(shí)、培訓(xùn)情況等方面了解重慶市小學(xué)雙語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的基本情況。 第四章從教師個(gè)人、學(xué)校、有關(guān)教育部門三個(gè)層面分析重慶市小學(xué)雙語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題和原因,尋找重慶市小學(xué)雙語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展存的問題極其根源,本章主要解決了重慶市小學(xué)雙語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀如何、專業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨的問題及其原因等問題,對(duì)重慶市小學(xué)雙語教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做了一個(gè)真實(shí)客觀地描述。 第五章對(duì)小學(xué)雙語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展提出了一些意見和建議,依次為教師、學(xué)校和有關(guān)教育部門提出了不同的意見。希望對(duì)小學(xué)雙語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展有所幫助。 第六章總結(jié)了本研究的不足之處和今后的研究展望。
[Abstract]:Under the tide of global economic integration, the exchanges between China and the world in politics, economy, culture and science and technology are increasingly frequent. Bilingual education meets the needs of national development and is the inevitable trend of the development of education in the world. However, the development of bilingual teaching, especially in primary schools, is not ideal. Bilingual teachers, bilingual teaching materials and bilingual students are all restricting the development of bilingual teaching in China. Teaching plan, teacher-oriented, bilingual teachers' professional development is very important to the development of bilingual teaching. Only by establishing a high-quality and high-efficiency bilingual teachers can we guarantee the smooth development of bilingual teaching. Taking the professional development of primary school bilingual teachers as the starting point, this paper makes an investigation on the professional development of primary school bilingual teachers in Chongqing, and on this basis analyzes the problems existing in the professional development of primary bilingual teachers in Chongqing. Some suggestions and measures are put forward to help the professional development of bilingual teachers in primary schools in Chongqing. The first chapter is the introduction part, which mainly introduces the reason and significance of this thesis, and gives a brief introduction to the structure of this paper. The second chapter is the literature review part, after defining the related core concepts, it combs the related literature about teachers' professional development and bilingual teachers' professional development at home and abroad, and on this basis, Referring to the existing research results and the entry standards and certification guidelines of bilingual teachers in the United States, this paper expounds the internal structure of the professional development of bilingual teachers. The third chapter briefly introduces the research design, research object and research process. This paper takes Chongqing primary school bilingual teachers as the research object, carries on the interview and the questionnaire investigation to the Chongqing primary school bilingual teachers and the university primary school bilingual teaching graduates of the class of 2012, from the professional attitude, the specialized ability, Professional knowledge, training and other aspects to understand the professional development of primary school bilingual teachers in Chongqing. The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and causes of the professional development of primary bilingual teachers in Chongqing from three aspects: individual teachers, schools and relevant education departments, and looks for the problems and root causes of the professional development of bilingual teachers in primary schools in Chongqing. This chapter mainly solves the problems of the professional development of bilingual teachers in primary schools in Chongqing, the problems and the causes of their professional development, and gives a true and objective description of the professional development of bilingual teachers in primary schools in Chongqing. The fifth chapter puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the professional development of bilingual teachers in primary schools, including teachers, schools and relevant education departments. Hope to help the professional development of bilingual teachers in primary schools. The sixth chapter summarizes the shortcomings of this study and future research prospects.
